Nice location. ”
Nice hotel great in the bar area and the man on reception was very lovely as we were seeing titanic thst night and he was chatting about it. Found that the house keeping were impatient to get in our room but we asked for another 10 minutes, however coming back much later in the afternoon, the beds had not been made the floor not hoovered and sink in bathroom not touched either. I would notvrate their cleanliness, and she did not replace the fruit teas only 2 more pg tips. The morning we left the lady on Reception couldn't even say good morning. We asked about having a coffee in the bar area and we're told it didn't open till 12.00!!! Strange for a morning coffee. We landed up have a bottle of water and a can of apple tango which cost up 4.80.!!! That is the most expensive water I have ever drank. I may aswell have got some ou tof the tap. For being a 4 star hotel, u find that you do not cater for the likes of people who would like casual coffee in the morning. As Jurys in this was always available. We would like to stay again but I think you need to take hospitality into consideration.
