Disappointing.”
I booked a room for 5 nights a day ahead but the staff didn't know we were coming. The receptionist said it was because only their boss (who was not even there) knows if there are guests coming. They randomly picked a room for us (since they weren't prepared for us in the first place) at the 5th floor which faintly smelled like cigarettes. The elevator was also broken. The staff were alwayd at the 2nd floor doing I don't know what. You have to call them out loud from the reception area for them to hear you and come down. It was so disappointing and frustrating but I already paid for it and had no energy to move to another place as I just got out from the hospital. My mom was the one to really suffer as she had to always go out to buy food. We're at the 5th floor with no elevator and she's 60 yrs old. We felt neglected and taken for granted. I'll never come back!

It's hot. Small room with a bunk bed and electric fan. No table? They didn't even give me a key card for my room. Common shower and washing area. The common areas are dirty. Some faucets don't work. The walls are so thin, you can hear your next door neighbors. Bad.

when i arived to book in and reception girls asked if i was staying all night... then had to ring up to find out what a "Standard "' room was, irealised more a short time hotel. That said the rooms were not bad..but bed hard and no hot water. The worst was to get taxi or uber in rush hour about 1/2 hour wait.. and nothing nearby

They don't clean its comfort room, toilets are separated from its sinks and shower rooms. I don't know how will you wash yourself becuase of its design. They have an electronic keylock in their doors but when I stayed there they didnt provide me an access keycard which makes me difficult to go out just to go in the cr area. They told me I could just go to the lobby and borrow the keycard but apparently the hotel staff only stays at 8pm?! I even asked the guard on duty to help me open my door. Spell hassle! Will never ever rent a room here
