Located in district 5 near a bunch and of restaurants, stores and food stalls. Also close to a bus stop if you are attempting to take public transportation. Your room is actually located in a building that has a restaurant on the ground floor. Check-in was easy. The only things I didn’t appreciate during my stay was the really loud neighbors and that they essentially forced me out of my room on the second day to clean and change the sheets. I waited outside the room while they did this. I thought it was a bit strange. Otherwise, professional and polite interactions with the staff I met. The room was clean and sunny. I felt it was a very secure location as well. Internet connection was poor, but that’s standard I’ve discovered.

It had all the amenities of a mini apartment with a living room, kitchen area with a microwave, kettle, and hood... Large wardrobe, smart TV. Especially, the manager was enthusiastic and friendly, even gave my 2 kids some toys during our stay. - The noodle restaurant under the lobby is a bit inconvenient but still okay, and you can eat on site without having to go far. 10 points

I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels in District 5. Justay Chinatown is a very good hotel in every aspect. There is a restaurant on the ground floor selling dim sum, 7 noodle soup, sesame seed buns, etc. The location is at the intersection of District 1 and District 5, the cleanliness and furniture are very good, and there is a smart TV to watch YouTube/Netflix. The staff is extremely friendly. I will come back and support Justay on my next business trip to Saigon.

We went on a business trip with 4 people in Ho Chi Minh City, and I booked 2 rooms: 1 room with 3 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and 1 single room (about 12m2). I rate the facilities of the accommodation quite good, with new furniture, cool air conditioning, and no odor in the bathroom. There are many restaurants around, and if you like Chinese food, you will find it very interesting. Next time, if I have a business trip with a large group of people, I will continue to choose this place because the price is quite reasonable. Good rating.

Spacious room but needs a deep clean. Check in wasn’t that smooth. No one on duty. You had to call a number posted on the counter wall once you arrive, and used multiple apps and the call finally went through. Enter and exit through 1st floor restaurant, but when closed at night/early morning, go through side alley where there’s a guard sleeping inside the entrance.
