Majestically perched atop the world-famous Pacific Place, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong's luxurious sophistication shows stunning views, beautiful rooms, and award-winning restaurants. Great shopping can be found nearby, including the Pacific Place Mall with names such as Chanel, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton. The subway is in the basement and transportation anywhere in the city is easy. The 32sqm rooms have wall-to-ceiling windows looking out on the mountains or the harbor. The triple-sheeted, pillow-topped beds are a dream of comfort, and the room is filled with all those wonderful extras such as fluffy robes, a separate shower and tub, turndown service, and more. Since this is a Marriott hotel, the business services are top notch. The seven restaurants are great, and the breakfast buffet is sure to impress even the most experienced diner. Whatever the reason for your stay, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong will take you to the next level of comfort.

Great accommodation in Hongkong”
JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong is located in the centre of Hongkong island nearby Admiralty subway station. The room has a great harbor view. The staff is very kind and nice. Pacific place shopping mall is connected to the hotel and there is decent restaurants and supermarket. One thing I felt uncomfortable is that it was a little bit cold in the room. If you are traveling to Hong Kong for the business or family trip, I highly recommend to stay at JW Mariott Hotel Hong Kong.
King of breakfast”
I love staying at JW Marriott Hong Kong. Every time I visited the city, I'll stay in this hotel. Even though the building is not new, but they do refurbishment and renovation. The room is one of the biggest in Hong Kong, and it become quite luxury considering small spaces that we usually get in other places. I also really appreciate the staffs that they have.. and last but not least, the very reason I always comeback to the hotel is their BREAKFAST. The complete range of Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Western food are amazing. and the taste is consistent! good food to start your day, what else can be more refreshing.
Excellent in all fronts!”
Of all the 5 star hotel Iounge/ Club room facilities I have been to...JW Marriot offers the most exciting and bountiful spread...great food that includes steaks, a good variety of wine and a surprising bonus of belgian chocolates! The food is simply abundant and prepared with care and with utmost consideration for the needs and wants of business travellers like me. Upon arriving in our room, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a basket of premium tea and fruits. The bed is the most comfortable I have laid on. And the harbour view of Hong Kong in the glass window of our corner room was simply breathtaking. The remote-controlled window-drapes is a great example of the management's being keen of making sure that their clientele's are pampered and spoiled! The jacuzzi is also sufficient in size. There was even a solar bed! My JW Marriott experience is the best!
JW Marriott - Great Location at a Great Price”
The best part of my stay at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong was the location. The hotel has an entry directly into one of Hong Kong's premier shopping malls - Pacific Place - where there is a large selection of great restaurants and a sizable grocery store. An added bonus was that the room had been recently renovated in tasteful and soothing colors. A really cool thing was the "service" button in the room. Within two minutes of pushing this button, a member of the housekeeping staff would be at my door! I asked for a late check-out and was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping still came to my room that morning and did a full clean-up of the room and bathroom. While the room was smaller than I expected, the massive two wall windows (with green mountain view) more than made up for the lack of space.
Truly 5 Star Hotel with excellent service”
very well positioned at pacific place - which has mtr (underground), trams, buses and taxis. also walking distance, through the hong kong park, to the peak tram station. easy walk to both central and wan chai. hotel is a reliable 5 star establishment. good room and bathroom amenities satisfying both business and pleasure. room comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 children (9 & 10 years) in two queen beds. quality bed linen and towels. marriott small teddies for children - nice touch, regardless of age! however what sets this hotel apart from other 5 star hotels is the excellent consistent service throughout - from the bell boys to the chambermaids to the barman etc.. truly exceptional service from every member of staff.
As you would expect with a Marriott Hotel, this one was no exception. The service was impeccable and the staff professional and cordial. The room itself was interesting - firstly, the mounted TV was on the left of the bed, so viewing TV from the bed was less than ideal. The configuration of the room, a corner room, gives little options for layout, unfortunately. But, the other facilities certainly make up for that minor inconvenience. The view is quite good, with the Harbour in plain view. However, there is much construction going on at the moment and I suspect that the Harbour view will disappear in about 6 months time. The swimming pool on the roof was a joy to use and the change rooms perfectly maintained. The underground access to Admiralty MTR via Pacific Place is perfect for easy access to Hong Kong. Beware older travellers - the only way to gain access to platforms and the different Rail Lines, is to walk. You have to do a lot of walking when using the MTR. If that is not acceptable, then taxis are your only choice.
Excellent, would recommend”
Very enjoyable. Very pleasant, helpful staff. When we mentioned we were there for our anniversary we received champagne and strawberries - unexpected and very welcome. The location is very good for getting around Hong Kong. Breakfasts were very good. Very clean room and very comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend the JW Marriott.
First Class Service and Amenities”
Stayed here for two nights on city stop-over with two couples. The service was excellent from start to finish. On arrival escorted to our rooms. Told we could change if not happy, but rooms were very comfortable and not small( as indicated by other reviewers). Thoughtful touches in room and bathroom . Tea and fruit brought to room on arrival. Hotel agreed to early check in at 9am , after arrival on early flight. Also late check out of 2 p.m. The staff were first-class. Good pool for morning swim. All taxis arranged for us. Close to attractions. Only had breakfast- ample and varied. Have lived in Hong Kong years ago and used to good service, but Marriott stood out.
the hotel was in a great location and central to a lot of tourist attractions on hong kong island. the staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough for you. no "ask" was too much. the rooms were small but compact and bursting with all the extras travellers would wish for. we found our stay 10/10. well done marriott hong kong.
I had a great stay at this hotel. When I first came I was on the 23rd floor with a harbor view as requested but the room was small, smelt musty and the view wasn't that great as buildings in Hong Kong are very tall. I requested for a room change and that night was given a room on the top floor which was much nicer in size, quality and cleanliness. Had I not been given a better room I would have given a lower rating as the first room wasn't up to what I had paid and Marriott standards. The location is great it is connected to Pacific Place which is a high end mall with the train station below. Breakfast was great and the check in and check out process was fast and easy. Overall great experience.
Living up to the brand name!”
Service is superb. Kudos to the front desk, housekeeping, waiters and concierge! One of the best I have come across. Would have taken the time to personally thank each of them if was not in a rush. Room size is big compared to most hotels in Hong Kong. I booked the 2 double-bedded room cos there were 3 of us. The room was clean and the housekeeping team constantly kept it clean. The hotel is connected (through an underpass) to the Admiralty train station, which is just a stop away from the Central station. It is also walking distance to a tram station. Overall, loved the hotel and will certainly come back again if i have the chance. Pricing is a bit steep though but for the service we got , it's worth it
JW Marriott...Convenience and Affordable Luxury”
I have always enjoyed staying at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong. For the convenience, location and good food. Numerous options are within walking distance too.
Perfect for a day get-away or shopping trip”
This hotel was great overall. What made it really stand out was its location with regards to its price. The staff and facilities meet all of the general standards that give its five star rating; however there isn't much else that stands out that brings this hotel above and beyond those requirements and therefore doesn't really stand out in comparison to its rivals. I do still feel that in comparison to all of the other hotels I have stayed at in Hong Kong, the J.W. is by far one of the better choices.
Great Hotel with Good Service and Location”
The room is in very good condition. It is located in one of the best location of hong kong in admiralty. very convenient to travel, walking distance to mtr and taxi to central.. Perfect for business trip, nightlife and shopping. the only thing bad about this hotel is a bit pricey. Others are perfectly. Highly recommend for all travellers.
Excellent hospitality ”
Stayed there for 3 nights, staffs were really helpful and very attentive. Check in and check out was fast. House keeping did a good job by cleaning our room everyday that you will have nothing to pick on. Location is quite centralised, hotel is connected to admiralty MTR station which is one stop away from Central. Overall very good experience with JW Marriott.
Wow; this is Great!”
Turned 50 so I was set for a trip to Hong Kong with my wife and one of four children that would appreciate Disneyland; good hotel that has access to MTR;shopping and of course the airport; views from the room were sensational; ocean and mountains; Bistro (breakfast)was high standard; staff very personable;will go back next trip.
These was a one night stay to celebrate our weeding anniversary. We live in Macao so we already had an idea what we where looking for: a Hotel near the central area of Hong Kong for a easy trip to our chosen restaurant,Gaia Restoranti, and for some shopping. So if you are looking for something like this it suits the propose, since it is connected by foot to Pacific Place shopping mall and to the MTR. The booking of the Hotel was really easy. We got the confirmation wright away. When we arrived at the hotel they where surprised to see the booking maid by Agoda. It was there first time. So they did not know if the payment had already been done.So requested us to wait until tomorrow so they could confirm. Nonetheless they upgraded us to harbor view room that we really appreciated, soon to find that maybe they where trying to amend the noise provoked by the construction works that started at 9 o'clock in the morning, so we did not get much sleep. This was the only BIG cons we can enumerate, since we where not informed by Agoda that the hotel was under renovation works, and where only informed when we arrived at the room and there was a little paper on the desk. To some it all it was a pleasant stay, to repeated in the future.
Exceed my expectation”
We were having vacation to macau and hongkong for a week and had our accomodation booked ahead. Since the hotel in macau didnt live up to our expectation we shortened our stay and arrive in hongkong one day earlier. We didnt choose jw marriot in the first place coz it looks a little bit old on the photograph, since we came one day earlier and jw marriot is the nearest hotel available (that we can afford) so we booked it. Upon arrival we were greeted with vr friendly staff and attended straight away. Reception staff were vr helpful and make us vr welcomed.she automatically offered us connected room on seeing us travelling with young children. The room assigned to us has a vr beautiful view and way better than the photograph (extremely vr well kept). Feel like extend my stay but couldnt cancel the original booking with the nearby hotel. I regret didnt booked jw marriot for the rest of our stay . Will definitely stay here next time
The great JW!”
I stayed at JW for 2 nights in Hong Kong business trip. First, the location was very good. I could even walk to Lan Kwai Fung or Wan Chai...moreover connection with p.p and the admiralty station was also good The second, room condition was also good .. Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet was excellent. The dim sum was better than the Michelin 2 star restaurant I want to stay in JW again!
5 Star hotel”
Stayed one night at this hotel. As all 5 star hotels in Hong Kong this is not cheap but slightly cheaper than the adjacent hotel Booked through Agoda which reduced cost somewhat Check in was not as easy as it should have been and no real explanation as to what the problem was (this also happened last time). Rooms were well apportioned and every thing one needed Only real problem was that the swimming pool was closed for renovations. Mind you it was probably too cold to try. I do object to $9 for a soda water (mini bar and restaurant)
