We reachd early and devang at the front desk was so kind enough to give us an early check in. And also on request he have us a room upgrade. Thank you so much to Devang for this.. we loved it. Also as we celebrated our aniversary the hotel aslo sent us a yummy cake. Also a special mention to Adam and John at reflections bar who also served a cake as they got to know it was our aniversary. We also cut the cake with them. Thank you guys. I will always remeber Devang, Adam and John for this. Food quality at lotus cafe was excellent. The staff there is soo good at serving. Yes becouse of the rush, they are bound to mix up orders but also curteous enough to serve us better. The staff there is on toes. Running here and there. Great job guys. Service was outstanding. Room is very comfortable and clean. Outdoor area is beautiful. Wish they had bar outdoor! Loved bar in Japanese restaurant. Food was excellent. Location is by the beach. Great gym and instructors were attentive. Spa experience was very nice as well. Will stay there again.

I had come with my friends and it was a girls trip and we had an amazing time. Our room was upgraded and got the best ocean view room, thanks to Saif. The food was excellent, we had satiated our hunger at Buffet Breakfast and the spread was out of the world. Such a huge spread. Loved it. Thanks for every efforts made by jw marriott staff and managment for taking great care of us. Every moment spent at hotel was perfectly taken care of .room was very comfortable and clean with a great view(thanks to upgrade).and staff is very polite and helpfull,always with a smile. Lotus cafe was so great that i mostly over ate everytime .buffet spread was huge with so many live cooking counter that i lost count how many dishes i tested. I specialy like to mention mr.soaib,miss yasmin, miss Lydia from frontdesk for helping me during check in, check out ,assigning great rooms,and other helps. Also mr.suno and 2 other guys from restaurant(forgot name here ) for taking great care and making our meal more enjoyable. So it was truly 5star expirence and we are looking forward to be in this hotel as soon as possible.

Recommend to pick a room with an ocean view on a higher floor. Staff was courteous and accommodating towards all our requests. Delicious food and amazing service.
