Peace and quiet”
This is large remarkable sprawling hotel with beautiful gardens and several swimming pools. Beach is clean and uncrowded but the waves are strong, intimidating and roaring, not suitable for swimming but definitely mesmerising. This hotel is for peace, relaxation and just doing nothing or read a good book. If you are into hot night-life and blaring music, this is not the place. The restaurants are good but on the pricey side. You can eat out though, there are free shuttle buses to nearby mall and even across the road to other eateries. But please not to miss the hotel’s breakfast…..a large spread and delicious The staff are polite and professional. If you want to run away from the maddening crowd, this is the place This hotel is far far away from Phuket town but near to the airport. If you want to see the town, its best to book a place in town for a day or 2, then after the tour there to recuperate here for a few days.

Fantastic hotel for families”
Big enough resort with great kids club and different pools to keep everyone entertained. Plenty of restaurants with different options to eat each night….breakfast is outstanding! The beautiful quiet beach is on the doorstep, kids and adults had a fab time body boarding in the waves at the end of each day. All round fantastic holiday, only drawback is the distance from most activities as these are mainly located in south of the island (c+1hr drive). If you are planning to stay mostly at hotel and enjoy the facilities and beach then i would definitely recommend to stay here!

A beautiful Marriott property on an expansive stretch of beach with a staff that will go out of their way to give you an unforgettable stay! The hotel is situated steps from the soft sands of Mai Khao and there are multiple pools (including kids pool and quiet pool) across the property. There are a range of restaurants too -- from casual to fine and even family fun (Benihana). The breakfast buffet is outstanding and includes a range of delicious Thai and Western food! There is also much to explore around the hotel by bicycle (which the hotel provides for free). For families, the hotel does little things that mean a lot (balloons, popcorn, games) and has a Kids Club with a range of activities for all age groups. The fitness room is among the best I've experienced anywhere -- all brand new equipment (Life Fitness machines) and immaculate. We're so grateful to all the staff for making this a memorable vacation.

A Tropical Paradise”
We have done our 14 nights for the Sandbox Program traveling with 11 years old son. The hotel facilities are amazing , gardens, the room , lobby , gym , pool and kid’s club are well kept and most importantly the attentive and professional service of the staffs . The swab centre are just 5 mins away and that’s a plus. There’s plenty of restaurants in the hotel and the breakfast selection ( ala carte) with daily special is to look forward everyday . We have decided to extent our stay for another 7 nights. We believed every hotels has its charms but the service that we get from JW Marriot has exceed our expection. They has set the Best Standard in this Hospitality Service industry . Thank you .

We travelled as a group of three friends and booked two rooms after seeing the additional fees for adding a third person to a standard room. We were very thankful to receive connecting rooms, which worked for us fabulously over our weekend getaway. The resort is absolutely stunning with unique, beautiful decor and fabulous facilities. The staff were all great during our entire stay. Front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room spotless. The dining staff at Cucina were particularly attentive, with many working morning shifts at breakfast too. The head chef even provided complimentary barbecue when they ran out of corn during our dinner at M Beach Club. From start to finish, an exceptional stay that I am confident to recommend!

Good to relax and recharge”
We were looking for a place to relax and have a good family holiday, this was the perfect place!. The staff were warm and friendly, the resort has a rustic feel which was unique and beautiful. Since we chose the place to be away from the city hustle and bustle, we dined within the restaurant and in the neighbouring resorts. It was very easy to get in to a bugee car and be dropped off to the neighbouring resort's restaurants. The food was a bit on the expensive side but was good. It was a bit difficult to get Grab but the local taxi with higher price was well arranged. Would recommend this place for couples with young children and kids as the resort provides various activities for them. Spa was a bit pricy, but i think its expected in a 5 star resort. Overall super satisfied with the stay!.

A place we call it home !”
This was our forth visit in 10 months. We love the location of this resort which is away from the hassle and bustle, yet easily reach to all the happening places. Enjoying the hotel private beach and it’s complete list of activities made our stay fulfilling. The staffs , at all level are warm, friendly and helpful. They anticipated our needs promptly and efficiently. This time we were surprised by a special welcome card and cake to our son joining us from Holland!We were truly touched by their care and kindness…….As we are on our way home to Chiang Mai, we already started missing the Resort which we would now call it home !
