“Customer Service Deficiency ”
We stayed in K C hotel for 2 days. Check-in 19 October 2025 and check-out 21 October 2025 (2 nights). Customer Service Deficiency : 1) My (a customer) request was not perused before my arrival. I had submitted my request, additional sibgle bed one more guest, more than ten days before 19 October 2025 2) Upon our arrival, we made full payment more than 297,000 Kyats on 19 October 2029 for 2 nights. On 20 October 2025, before 9:00 am, we were required to make another payment for 20 October 2025. We were totally astonished for this request from the first counter staffs. For item 2 root cause : There was no committed Roles and Responsibilities; and Sincerity in the passdown during shift handling over/taking over. In view of the customer servicing management, there was no superior, duty supviser or duty manager in the morning. We were been informed that the hotel duty supervisor/manager would start work after 2:00 pm. I, or any other customers, would feel unsecure and unsafe staying in this K C hotel if there were any theft, fight, fire or unlawful activities occurred. I friendly urge hotel top management would be able to understand these unfavourable impact to the KC hotel reputation with remedial action promptly.
