Love this place so much!!! The staff were really helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious. There were so many attractions..They even clean up my car since it was rainy at night. Excellent service!!!

Room is spacy and very clean, staffs very nice and helpful. The mountain view is the most wonderful! A lot of activities to do with family and children.. riding horse, feeding rannit, etc. Will be back to stay there again..

We stayed at a 3-bedroom villa, the rooms are okay, but unfortunately when we were sleeping peacefully that night, we heard voices inside the wardrobe and it turned out that there was a mouse inside it. We freaked out so we did our best to get the mouse out of the room. We called the employees for some help, but when he arrived at our villa, we managed to get the mouse out of the room already. He just helped to spray some insecticide to the wardrobe and then left. Maybe a 5-starred hotel like K Gallery should pay more attention to the wardrobes and other areas to make sure they are clean and appropriate to be used by guests.

Everything is good, the room is spacious and the bathroom is awesome clean. Only the water shower is sometimes hot sometimes cold. Please fix it.

The hotel got lots of kids activities but all of them were pricey around 75-185. Swimming pool is too small. But staffs are helpful and polite. Room is big and clean but no view. Breakfast menu is limited.

Nice layout of room which is super spacious, with XL size bathroom size, and a. porch for chilling or studying. Great food breakfast where there is minimal food wastage you order the portion you want to eat. shampoo and body lotion has a very strange horse urine smell.... please look into it.
