The family room is spacious! Location is ok, about 15-20 minutes away from the City Centre. The nearest bus stop was 3 min away with the nearest MRT station being around 7 minutes. Cleaning was efficient too. Was just surprised that the shower didn't have a partition curtain of any sort so you'll def need to dry the toilet seat and floor after using as courtesy to the next user. There's also no blow dryer on our floor so we had to go downstairs to the common restroom in the first floor to use it. Other than that, not bad at all! We enjoyed our stay.

Place is clean. Basic amenities are available. Staff is friendly. Though not located in the center of Sg but since the bus stop is just less than 100m away from the Guesthouse our planned destination seemed near too. The staff is very friendly.

Very good facilities, nice room, very clean & have complete facilities inside the guesthouse. But don’t have elevator to go up to 3rd floor, so if you bring heavy luggage it’s quite tiring. But overall facilities is nice & have great ambiance. Location a bit far from central or MRT.

Nice place for 1-2 days stay”
I was 2 days in Singapore on the way to Kuala Lumpur and have booked a room in this guest house. The room was without window, but this is not an issue if you are using it to sleep only. Everything else is in good condition and clean. Public transportation in the walk distance.

There's food nearby (bakery, seafood restaurant, pub & bar) and also a grocery shop that sells almost anything! The counter staff is friendly and obliging. Room is clean and tidy when we checked in.

K2 guest house is somewhat like a hostel type hotel where the rooms have 3 bunk beds. The toilet facilities are outside the room which are common.

Check in time supposed 2pm but only ready at 3.15pm due to late check out from previous guest. After complain, they allowed to check out at 12pm instead of their policy at 11am. Room quite small and have basic amenities. Walking distance to mrt Station about 15min.

Lack of amenities and attention to details like. Example, cups should be with handle for guest who prefers hot drinks, supply some tea spoon or bamboo stick/stir for stirring hot beverages. Being a budget hotel I understand that.

Not handicap-friendly, no tv! We had a bunk-bed and 2 singles. Bed creeks and thin mattresses. Reception very attentive. A bar, à sundry shop and a Chinese restaurant in front of K2. Walk to the right and turn right to access more shops and restaurants. Cross the road for Public transport. GRAB a cab for easier and faster transportation.
