Located in Maafushi Island, this hotel has a great location with breathtaking sea view. Many guests appreciated the excellent and friendly staff who provided professional service. The clean and comfortable rooms with good amenities also received praises from the guests. The prices are also reasonable for the best location on the island. Hotel staff are very cooperative, approachable, and helpful in arranging activities.

Initially, there was a hiccup in the speedboat transfer. They said the 3pm speedboat was facing problems and we had to wait for the 5.45pm ride. However, the staff managed to resolve it and we took a speedboat ride under another company at 3.30pm. Apart from that, the transfer from the port to the hotel and everything else was smooth! Staff there were warm and friendly. Room was spacious to fit in beds for 5 of us. Daily cleaning of the room was commendable. Food at the breakfast buffet was palatable. The location of the hotel was strategic too. The beach is right in front of the hotel, near a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. The hotel also offers a number of excursions at competitive prices. The service of the excursion was superb too and they provided underwater videos and photos. Overall, we enjoyed our 5D4N stay thoroughly at Kaani. We highly recommend it!

rooms are clean and well maintained by staff but I wish we had floor mats and tissue other than toilet paper for the room. The electric outlets were also not wired properly my adaptor was not working in the room the second day. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating especially the female receptionist who spoke to us during check in. However the staff did not arrive to receive us at the jetty even after we had informed them the time of arrival. We had to call 5 different numbers provided by the hotel in agoda and google to reach one staff as most of those numbers didn't pick up. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of food available. Hotel is right by the bikini beach and there's so many food options and water sports options available.

I highly recommend this hotel! From the airport pick-up, smooth boat transfer to Maafushi Island, to the warm welcome at the jetty and assistance with check-in — everything was perfectly arranged. One of the highlights of staying here is that they offer a variety of excursions directly through the hotel, so we didn’t have to worry about finding tours elsewhere. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they assisted us with planning our schedule for the next destination and even helped us book our boat tickets. Their hospitality really exceeded our expectations. As for breakfast, while the variety might not be as extensive as in luxury resorts, the taste and quality of the food were excellent — honestly, everything we had was delicious.
