Beautiful, Secluded Onsen ”

We stayed for two days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Large rooms and each have their own onsen. We selected meals to be included with our stay, and each day’s breakfast and dinner was different including fugu during our second meal.

A relaxing place to enjoy”

There is actually pickup service but when I wrote in to ask about it, the ryokan did not reply me. So we dragged our luggage up the slope... There are English, Mandarin speaking stuff so communication isn't a problem for people who do not speak Japanese. Best facilities, fantastic food, good service and if you have special food preference, you can either write in early to inform or inform them once you check in. As long as the ryokan knows before the start of the meal, safe!

Superb environment with the worst customer service”

良かったこと 部屋付きの露天風呂。お湯はヌルっとしていて庭があり開放的で気持ち良い。 悪かったこと 普通の岩盤浴施設を想像していくと期待外れになる。汗が出るほどではない。 トイレがくさい。 部屋食で朝食が8:30からチェックアウトが10時。朝食後片付けに来るのでフロントに電話して下さいと言われましたが、朝食後からチェックアウトまで時間がタイトなのでこちらが必要なければ片付けを呼ばずそのままの状態でチェックアウトしても大丈夫ですか？と尋ねたら大丈夫ですとの事でした。しかし、9:30に電話がかかってきて今から片付けに来ると言われました。先程はいいと思ったけどやっぱりダメでしたと海外のスタッフの方が仰っていました。私達は最後の入浴をしたり、着替えたり、化粧したり、帰り支度をしたりバタバタしていましたので先程は良いと言われて急にこの時間になって来ると言われても困るとお伝えしたらわかりましたと言われそのままチェックアウト可能になりましたが、チェックアウトの際にその事について不手際やスタッフ間での連絡ミスがあった事について何の言葉もなかった事は残念でした。 また、チェックアウト時、結構雨が降っていて宿泊棟からフロントに渡る所に屋根も傘もなく荷物も人も濡れてしまいました。 お値段に対して少し損をした気持ちになるお宿でした。

ที่นี่มีออนเซ็นส่วนตัวทั้งแบบกลางแจ้งและในร่ม มีหินร้อนด้วย มาหน้าหนาวได้แช่จะสบายมากๆ อาหารทั้งเช้าและเย็นอร่อยมาก มีเป็นชุดนึกว่าจะไม่อิ่ม แต่อิ่มมาก พนักงานน่ารัก มีบริการรับส่งจากสถานีรถไฟไปโรงแรม

非常棒的體驗”

住的是Momiji 房，房內有露天及半路天浴池，只能說 - 超級棒！露天浴池很美，水溫也舒服，住了一晚大概泡了六次溫泉！房間很大也很舒服，餐飲都在房內享用，晚餐非常豐富，吃到有點飽，服務的員工都非常親切，就算英文不好也會嘗試讓你理解，也有遇到會中文的員工。可惜貸切風呂只到晚上九點還十點，來不及泡到。唯一的小缺點是離車站較遠，還有小上坡，不適合自己拖著行李過去，有接駁服務但是只限入住跟退房特定時段內，我是中午到由布院，是坐計程車先過去放行李，車資約日幣800，走過去湯之坪很近，隔天一大早去金麟湖看晨霧也很方便。

非常獨特的體驗。”

非常獨特的體驗。每間房內都有私人溫泉。而且不像一般的就是只有一個木桶，好像把浴室的浴缸搬出戶外。它是好像一般大眾浴池的戶外風呂。很有特色。可以無限浸，很方便。食物方面亦很好吃，只是份量較一般懷石料理少，建議可以自己外帶食物宵夜，因為旅館是沒有食物提供的。要買便要出外買。推薦給駕車的人士。

預訂是稍房間，房非常大，有來自台灣的員工為我們介紹房間，態度熱心。 房間裡的私人溫泉十分好，環境優美，不過熱石床不太熱，不知道是因為天氣太冷，所以不夠熱。
