Best choice for a family!”
1. Super friendly front desk staff. 2. Korean speaking available front desk. 3. Very spacious rooms 4. Annex building complete with washing machine, cooking pans and pods, tableware, and vacuum cleaner 5. Spacious parking lot 6. Very friendly restaurant staff I planned a trip to Okinawa with triplets who are under 2-year-old yet. There were totally 7 people including my parents. At Agoda, if you include infants in the number of people, there are not many rooms that can be reserved, so I made an international call to the resort and received a friendly guide saying that even if only adults had made a reservation, infants under the age of 5 could be accompanied for free. The accommodation was divided into two, randomly assigned - run of house - for the first two nights, and the Annex Suite for the remaining two nights. In fact, I made a reservation without knowing what random assignment was, and was added to another room because the first one was a non-refundable condition. At check-in, the front desk staff figured out the number of people and assigned a suite room even for random assignment reservations at the hotel building. Agoda says that Korean language is not available, but the front desk staff was able to speak fluent Korean. The staff recommended staying 4 nights in a suite in the hotel building with a detailed description of the room, and I decided to do so. If I choose the cleaning service exclusion, a coupon that can be used at the resort is provided by calculating 2,000 yen per day. Excluded cleaning services were only for changing bedding, cleaning the floor and washing dishes. All amenities and towels were changed every day. The accommodation was large enough for 4 adults and 3 children to stay. There was nothing lacking in the accommodation, but on the second day, there was difficulty connecting to the Internet, so when I inquired, the staff tried their best to solve the problem with sincerity. However, the problem was not resolved right away,

Great resort ”
Beautiful and clean very faculty. Our room was cleaned daily and restocked with toiletries, clean towels, and fresh bottled water daily. The view of the ocean and sunset was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was busy but you’d never know it by how quite it stayed. I loved that there was food and bars within walking distance. If you’re wanting a relaxing vacation with minimal time away from your resort, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Summer Resort for Families”
Excellent resort for those travelling with a young family. 2 bedroom suite comes with kitchen however not really designed for cooking there is a fridge for baby/toddler food storage. Also a milk sterilizer is available when requested. Pool has a nice view and well situated and restaurants serves sufficient food selection if not wanting to head out to eat. Overall great resort and will definitely return and highly recommend.

Better than Branded S hotel”
This is the 5th hotel we’ve stayed at in Okinawa. Without a shadow of a doubt I will choose this hotel again, lot’s of time wasted trying to find other hotels even branded S hotels when the answer was right in front of me. The room was very spacious & clean, it even has a glass table & kitchen, perfect for people who are looking to enjoy a nice relaxing meal/late night snack in they’re room. To our surprise we could book fisihing boats from the hotel reception, they even provided very fluent english speakers to assist us for visitors from forein countries. The only problem was there were only 2 options for breakfest, japanese and english, but nontheless it was a great experience and we’re longing for a second chance to go!

Poor service but large room”
This is NOT an hotel but a kind of service appartment. You need to walk A LOT to get breakfast or to get to anywhere. Car is mandatory. Rooms are big but this is the only advantage of this property. The service is at level zero!

Fantastic hotel that's worth the splurge”
We stayed at Kafuu for 2 nights while on a quick family vacation to Okinawa. It's about a 45 minute drive north of Naha, an hour south of the aquarium, and close to several other major resorts, so overall it's a relatively central location. From the time we pulled up to the hotel and the attendants waved us in front of the lobby until we checked out, the service was impeccable. Quick, friendly, and accommodating, which is a huge relief when you're traveling with young kids. The hotel room was very spacious, with a really tasteful, modern interior that was also very comfortable. We loved the king size daybed that faced the sea, and the dark wood floors that gave the room a very calm, relaxed feel. There are 2 small outside pools right next to each other: One's an infinity pool and the other is a good wading height for toddlers. The hotel is not directly on the beach, so you need to cross the street to get onto the sand, but frankly, it's just as nice to hang out by the pool and look out onto the beach in front of you. The breakfast buffet was terrific, as were the pastries and coffee from the cafe/deli. If you have time, get a massage, which my wife called the best she's ever had, and she's a bit of a connoisseur. Also, check the "service item" menu out, which lists a huge number of free amenities for rent, including humidifiers, beauty products, and foot massagers. Overall, if you're looking to relax and don't mind spending a little more money on vacation, Kafuu is a fantastic deal. We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful Okinawa ”
1st time in Okinawa and this hotel has created beautiful memories for my holiday. Choose to stay in this hotel after watching a travel show in Singapore.. staying in the hotel was way better then what was shown on TV.. the services was excellent and the hotel employees made you feel at home all the time. Both the interior and exterior were well maintained and the room I have booked was very spacious with fantastic ocean view. During the trip we made several local tour bookings with the hotel and some of the day-tours do not pick up from this hotel directly. The hotel has made arrangement for two way transport to the nearest pick up hotel, this ensure you will be back safe (Okinawa is a very safe and family friendly travel destination) and comfortable. One of the tour came back late for almost 40mins and when we arrived, our hotel transport was already waiting for at least 40mins, the care and concern from the employee has warmed our hearts and we felt that we have been taken care during our stay with Kafuu, that made me want to go back to Okinawa and definitely stay with them again!

Very big hotel room with sea view, staff are friendly, helpful concierge staff”
This is a typical resort style hotel with very big room for 4 people. Each room has a balcony with sea view. Staff are friendly, one or two of them could speak English and Mandarin. We booked airport transfer and marine activities via the concierge staff before the trip. However, please be careful that the price quoted by different staff of the concierge team may sometimes differ, so need to be very careful about the price. As we don't drive, it took us about 10 mins single journey to walk from the hotel to the main restaurants area. Please remember to book famous restaurants in advance as waiting time could be up to 1.5 to 2 hours if you walk-in. Convenient store are far away. The hotel small shop do supply drinks and certain variety of snack foods, maybe price a bit higher.

Great experience in living in resort hotel like kafuu”
Pros: we had reserved a room with kitchen and expected we were able to cook some simple foods for our stay. Cons: kitchenware was not available in the room and there was no guidance on how to borrow the kitchenware from the hotel staff. Overall: experience is good and the hotel hygiene level was always high. We did not wear our shoes while walking inside our room which was spacious when compared to other hotels in the centre of Okinawa.
