Kajang hotels & places to stay

The Prescott Hotel in Kajang was a value stay for my 3D 2N work trip. It's is located quite close to the Kajang LRT station which makes it easy to commute from one place to another. For those looking for a small, simple place to rest your head after a long day of work, Prescott is the place for you. However, if you're in Kajang for a holiday, Prescott may not be the best place to be in. You may have a problem with parking as these spaces are shared among other management offices in that area. And if you own a four-wheel drive, this is the last place you should park in. The hotel is well-equipped with a refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and its board, towels, TV, Wi-Fi (although it may be slow in some rooms) etc. I would recommend this place for those looking to put up for work purposes but it is not too convenient for a family stay due to its room capacity. To sum this up, I had a decent stay and will look into staying here again if work urges me to! :)

This stay, I booked for a Budget Single room but due to system error, Agoda cancelled it and when I want to book again, I found Budget Twin room at the same price, RM50, so I booked that one. I used to stay in the Single Budget Room and it was decent, with a single bed, large CRT TV (lol), air-cond, toilet. Just a decent room. But this time, with the same price, I got a Budget Twin Room, a far better room from the former room. This room has two clean single bed (only lack of blanket), flat LCD TV, air-cond, water heater with 3 in 1 drink provided, great toilet. Worth every RM I spent here. On top of that, the location is very good. Below the hotel, there is a Mamak shop (typical Malaysian food shop), KFC, 7 Elevan, Kajang Metropoint (a small mall) with plenty of place to shop and eat. I loved to stay here again. Only cons, is the staff need to be a little helpful if guest is facing problem.

I want to make a compliment to all staff and the management of this hotel for provided me with such sweet memorable ecperience. On that day I just finish working at 1am and I planned to check in the hotel on that time around 2.40am and successfully made the online booking via Agoda mobile app in my Iphone7 until I realized that I booked wrong check in date. I was so sad for the silly mistake done by myself and at the same time I feel as if I am a victim in the situation. But thankfully, the front office guy who wearing the eyeglasses successfully erased my worries by providing me superb customer Service he even volunteered himself to contact Agoda in order to amend the wrong date of my hotel booking. I was impressed by that front office guy that he is soft spoken person, furthermore I can feel the sincerity when this guy served me. To summarize it all I had wonderful memories during my stay at Hamilton Hotel, Kajang. Keep up the superb excellent service to guest ! Thanks.

I booked the room super cheap. It's easy to notice the hotel too as it could be seen from main road. There's a public toilet in the hotel, good on that point. Other than the corridors being dim, the rooms are pretty decent, with working TV, aircon, heater, lights. There's also a water dispenser right outside the room. But when you check in, you'll need to pay a deposit, without the assurance of a receipt. I was told that when I return the key card, the deposit would be returned. However, as I was in a hurry to check out(it was 8am), the lady at the counter took her time to slowly request cleaners to double-check room, before handing me my deposit. Moral of this: If you're in a hurry, give about extra 10 mins while checking out at counter. If 8am already so idle, I can't imagine the mess and chaos when nearing check-out time around noon.

The room and bathroom were quite spacious. The only downside to it was the placement of the air-conditioner in the room. It was placed too far away from the bed that it did not properly cool the bed area. There was no closet or even hooks to hang your clothes. Overall, it was a decent stay. Good enough for the price I paid for. Also, shout out to the Indian lady at the reception desk who was really nice and friendly.

Even though not all the room has windows and nice outside view, but the room that i'd stayed is just fine. Got nice view at the Kajang Stadium, can see the citizen having their activities inside the stadium. Also if you're a Muslim, the mosque just across the street. They even got the iron board complete with the iron at the corridor that make's the corridor really narrow but still can pass through. Its my first time at the hotel and I booked a superior room, so I can't give any comment of other room. But the conclusion is, its a nice place to stay.

Overall satisfied with the hotel services and cleanliness. Room is small with just enough space for two person. Only stayed for one night where we only used the room to sleep & freshen up, so it serve the purpose for us. Staff was nice enough to let us check in earlier & extend our stay for few hours without any extra charges. However as the hotel is closed to the main road, it's a bit noisy. Try to avoid the room facing the main road if possible. A lot of local food choice within walking distance from the hotel. The famous Restaurant Sup Urat Ketin is just behind the hotel if you are looking for a good satay. Reasonable distance from UKM & Kajang.

We stayed 1 night in Family Room (2 Queen beds). The best budget hotel I have experienced so far. - Very clean - Spacious - Have sofas and tables - Refrigerator - Big mirror inside room (Love!) - 2 separate TV's and airconds - Coway water dispenser at our level - Best price For improvement: - If can provide iron + iron board to the room upon request (nothing to complaint though considering the price point, they were provided at each floor) - Shower (water runs quite small, but still acceptable) Overall, was a pleasant stay and will definitely comes back to this hotel. Very much recommended. However didnt manage to enjoy the breakfast provided as we were in a hurry to check out. Keep it up!

Host is very friendly person, response with fast, flexibility check in place. Coz we travel to genting and return to Kajang at night. We having dinner first before check-in, and there was already 8.30pm when we just arrived at our dinner place in Kajang. We would like to enjoy dinner without rush for check in, we have special requested host to do check in at restaurant. We facing wifi connection in the house, host was solve for it within half an hour. We would like to recommend for small group of family or closed friend would like have a short trip in Kajang. You may consider this for ur stay. Worth for value.

I love this hotel.. Cause its value for money.. The room price was affordable for everyone.. And the cleanliness of this hotel room is are good.. It's clean and I feel really comfortable and enjoy when stay at b'hotel.. Their hotel staff are friendly and they always smile, laugh and give their full attention to customer. Only one things that I think need to improve.. Their facilities in the hotel room.. But only TV.. Others okay.. Cause when I want to watch TV.. They don't have any channel to be watch cause the TV must connected to pendrive or USB If we want to watch film.. Huhu.
