Amazing ”
Can not fault the staff or the accommodation (large igloo) the place is spotlessly clean and the food is outstanding our only comment would be that the trips are really expensive. :( I suggest you double what you think you will be spending as that is a more realistic figure.

Too expensive ”
Our first trip up Northern Finland in search of the lights was disappointing. Not only we did not see the lights but the resort service was average & pricey. The infrastructure was good but staff was not up to the mark for the charges paid!!

Once in a lifetime experience”
Might not be value for money as its really expensive. But the whole experience is unparalleled and hence is recommended to be tried once. Log cabins are beautiful in itself and the private sauna makes it even better. The igloos make the northern lights viewing magical. Good breakfast and excellent dinners makes your stay comfortable.

Average ”
Expensive. Lack of things to do unless you pay a lot of money. Even the wood for the log cabins is an extra expense. Staff are not very well trained. Email responses and assistant was poor before the trip. I send 20+ emails to sort out simple activities.

Pricey”
Overall, the igloo is a bit pricey. No shower inside the igloo, the resort activities quite expensive as well compare to outside tour operators, overall its just for experience the igloo feels.

Wonderful experience! Once in a lifetime!”
There is only 2 of us, but we choose a 6 pax glass Igloo resort, it’s a beautiful unique Lapland house with 2 single beds and indoor 2 single beds that is electrically warm and it’s just amazing to view the sky in the cold weather without being frozen. Even if there’s no northern light to view, clear sky with millions of stars is rewarding too. Luckily, we manage to view the aurora on both nights that we stayed. It’s not the most intense aurora but it’s definitely a beautiful experience. Food is cooked with love and pride from the Finnish chef, offering authentic Finnish food. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. The only cons is the resort is very secluded, so once you checked in, you are inaccessible to outside world, so bring enough warm clothings and extra food or snacks if you are always hungry in the cold weather, because everything sold in the resort is expensive. Except, we rented the winter boots which is free of charge. Otherwise, everything else chargeable.

Acceptable”
It's like gambling ! It's worth if able to see the aurora otherwise it is a very expensive camping. Just 2 beds and toilet inside the house, need to take shower in a public shower area.

Will not revisit next time”
Though the glass igloo in east village is pretty to stay with, the service and support from the hotel is zero! It is totally not worth to spend that high price for such treat. If you stay in the glass igloo, you need to take your luggage by yourself and it is so hard to pass through the snow even with the sledge. Also, the path to the igloo is not clear at all. There are two more pairs of travellers got lost when we were hanging around in the hotel.

Totally regretted the decision to stay there”
Horrible service! in fact, there is NO service after paying more than SGD 500 per night for the igloo stay. If you want to have your luggage with you in the room, you have to lug it by yourself across the muddy gravel road for 10mins. ZERO amenities in the igloo. Not even hot water. we are told to drink from the tap. Totally will not recommend to honeymooners!

The glass lagloo is so small (even i rent the largest one for 4ppl). No place to hang clothes, no privacy (cannot imagine if 4 ppl stay there). Staff are friendly but really not worth to pay the high price.

Not worth it”
Hot shower did not last, the water becomes cold after 3-4 minutes in the shower. No wifi in chalet area, only in reception area. They say that there is no bus from the airport, so you will take their shuttle (27euros per head) when there is a bus that stops in front of the hotel (about 4 euros per head). The food is awful and expensive (soup and bread for lunch). Dinner 27 euros per head is expensive compared to the dinner we had in the village. Better food and restaurants at the village nearby. Staff does not give all information about the area. She avoids telling you there are other activities in the nearby village. Don't be fooled. It is literally in the middle of nowhere. Tours not included in the room rate. Only redeeming thing is the sauna, but still not worth it for the money.

Good experience which is a little overpriced”
special experience to stay in a glass igloo, bed is remote controlled and can be inclined at an angle, staff of reindeer safari was friendly
Service of receptionists were bad. Uninterested, slight arrogance, and not helpful. When asked what i could do around, response was to just walk around. Did not provide much info of the nearby village we could visit, until we made many queries. staff did not mention that breakfast and dinner was provided
