Very satisfied - Almost all staff are friendly and accommodating - Breakfast is delicious, especially the salad bar which is a treasure trove - Infinity pool is good, pool bar is nice - Landscaping management is excellent - It’s not within walking distance to Patong nor in a good road condition, but there are 6 free shuttles operating every 2 hours Poor soundproofing and the complicated internal structure are drawbacks, but the other advantages are excellent and compared to other 5-star hotels, the price is very advantageous It is a recommendable hotel
