"1. Strategy location such as 3minutes walking distance to Kampung Paya jetty, a lot of restaurants & shops nearby. 2. New & beautiful hotel. All types of rooms (single/double/triples/family/twin) comes with 1 queen bed & 2 singles beds & 2 shower rooms. The prices variance is due the meal charges imposed per pax. 3. Hotel suitable for those love night life & alcohol. 4. Even hotel still under renovation but it doesn't cause a lot of noise. 5. Hot & cool water dispenser at ground floor 6. Hotel facilities function well such as cool aircond + fan, hot shower, kettle, hair dryer, safety box, fridge etc. 7. Friendly staff Cons:- 1. Hotel beach without coral reef 2. Hotel without swimming pool & children playground 3. Hotel snokelling / diving package is expensive as compare to others snokelling shops nearby 4. Hotel in house restaurant food is tasteless. Only BBQ dinner grill seafood is nice. 5. Housekeeping need a lot of improvement as there's a lot of dust & sand on floor, table & cabinet during check-in. 6. Hotel without any seaview room 7. Hotel without wifi 8. Noisy till mid night due to hotel in house night club Tips:- 1. If request for quiet room, ask for higher floor room with balcony not facing the cafe/restaurant. 2. Currently Paya beach is without nice coral reef. Only left sand, rock & almost die coral."

"The resort is located inland surrounded by mangrove and forest, away from the beach. But it is only a short walk away from the beach and the transition through the mangrove was really nice everytime. Very quiet and relaxing place, unlike the Paya Beach Resort which seems a little too commercialised. Owners are a chinese couple which are nice and friendly, very flexible in arragement. The rooms are big, enough for 4 person and great for groups of friends. The rooms however are not completely sealed and insects can get in, got quite many bites from mosqitios on the first night so got a mosqito coil for the second night. The air-con is also too slow to cool the room in the afternoon. The toilet although small but kept quite clean. Food and drinks are cheap and good. Overall the resort was a nice experience."

"Pro Breakfast provided. Free flow of water. Clean bedsheets and blanket. Con Bathroom could do a bit of scrubbing. The wall is so thin, I thought my traveling partner was snoring or I thought it was her phone that's rang. Room not fully closed. We could see mosquitoes as big as an elephant flying around the room. I even accidentally squashed one during my sleep since I saw the tell tale blood mark on the pillow case. Definitely no wifi signal in the room. So if you are a digi subscriber, you'll be an advocate for early night sleeper unless you are willing to stay at the restaurant to get a connection. Flat pillow. Room isn't that clean. "

"Everything we needed for our short getaway. The resort is located most left of the kampung making it well secluded. We scored a perfect view of the milky way on our first night chilling by the resort beach. Opt to dive with a dive shop at kampung paya instead since walking to the nearest dive shop in kampung genting would take around 10mins. The resort can arrange a boat transfer for rm15 to paya. Didn’t tried their breakfast option since we’re out early to paya. Their dinner however was very nice. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. Lovely staff as well. All smile and ready to serve."
