Wonderful Stay! ”

This Ryokan was a great place! We stayed in room 402. We opted for dinner our room. The room had a great view, extremely clean, and comfortable. Additionally, the ryokan was accommodating with food allergies- we called ahead to ask if they can make accommodations and they did. The food was DELICIOUS!! Also, the the onsen was great! They have the public and private bath options. The location of the ryokan was convenient. We will be staying here again when we return Tottori. Thank you fo such a wonderful stay!

10 mins from train station.. some shops within walking distance.. one indoor and outdoor onsen for public bath.. also one stone and wooden tub private baths for use, signs outside will inform whether they are occupied (sign will light up once door is locked from inside).. staff very attentive and friendly.. should try the in room japanese dinner, the server kept serving us food for over 1 1/2hr! delicious! shuttle sent us to train station when it was raining when we checked out.. highly recommended!!

Enjoyable Stay”

Pro: - The ryokan's reception staff is polite, freindly, and could speak little but sufficient English. - Japanese Room with garden is spacious, clean and comfortable, with a separate living room. - Hot spring baths are fantastic. There are 4 public baths for men and women (both indoor, and open-air). And 2 private baths (1 indoor, and 1 open-air) which staying guests can use without reservation, on a first-come-first-serve basis. - Dinner and breakfast are both delicious. I have a dinner set served in the bedroom, and a breakfast set in the hotel's restaurant. - Onsite and free-of-charge car parking space for staying guests. Con: - Room price is quite reasonable, but when added on the meals the price becomes rather on expensive side.

Very good choice to enjoy the Japanese food, hot spring and friendly staffs!”

The location is very good! Near the train station and Highway intercharge. And the staffs are all friendly and nice. Japanese dinner is good but the size may be too rich for a normal stomach... Breakfast is strongly recommended. After dinner ,please relax and enjoy the hot spring, you would get a wonderful dream in the night. The only weakness is that only a few staffs can speak English. But after all, it is a good way to enjoy the Japanese things.

A good experience ”

This is my first time staying at a traditional Japanese inn. I was shocked at first when I realized that hotel guest use communal bath. But it is not so bad because they have two private baths as well. The cleanliness is top notch. And they take care of your every move. I love the experience and will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tottori.

Excellent Japanese meal and very nice onsen”

The hotel has also two private onsen bath that can be used, so very nice for families too. Very close to the station and the staff were very helpful. If I get chance I would like to go again.

Lovely Stay”

My personal favorite. Good room, good food, good onsen, good transportation (shuttle to/from JR station). superb value for money I would love to recommend it to everyone (tips: book a room in the new building with lift if you don't want to climb stairs. But their staff will help to carry luggages if you don't mind some steps)

We added on meals after communicating with them via email. There is a nice cake shop just across the street. Staff were very helpful onsite and they offered a free shuttle bus service to the station after 8am.

Nice spot”

The staff were super friendly and the food was as good as at a 5-star hotel like the Park Hyatt or Ritz. Rooms are a bit dated but it was a cozy get away and near Tottori station for a couple.
