Exceptional”
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights last April. I was so happy to have found this hotel, which was very near the Rajamangala Stadium. The hotel was located just 2 kms away from the stadium and was very easy to get there because there were a lot of motorcycles at the highway, probably a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Also, if you need a convenience store, it was also at the highway, if ever you need food supplies. Breakfast was included with the room we booked and had a variety of asian and western food to cater to the guest’s liking. The room itself was very spacious; equipped with a huge refrigerator, a dining table, a kitchen sink with the needed utensils and plates, living room and television on both the living and bedroom. Bathroom also had a bath tub, which we all liked since my son really likes to take a bath in it. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We’d stay here again if we can go back here.

Close to Bangkok Hospital ”
Pros: Best location if you are in Bangkok to go to Bangkok Hospital. Staff is polite and professional. There is a nice massage place right across the street and a nice restaurant. Cons: No mini bar and, Room service menu is limited and two of the times I called food wasn’t available.

Great Place to Stay in Bangkok”
We like to stay at the Kantary House because iris a great value for the money. A little challenging to find for some taxi drivers but it is20 minutes from Suvarnabumi airport. Staff is fantastic and the breakfast buffet is worth the price of staying there. Mini-suites are comfortably equipped too

Hectic and confusing ”
Initially I want to cancel the booking and did send several emails and make phone calls to both agoda and hotel to cancel my booking. Unfortunately I couldn't do it with full refund so agoda rejected my request bcos the hotel won't allow (they said they allowed but they never replied any single emails that I sent to hotel) so I called to hotel to inform my arrival on the check in date but the hotel cancelled my booking!!! I asked why but they kept saying that it was cancelled from agoda side bcos my credit card issue?!? I told them my card is already charged and you cannot cancelled my booking!! I need to send them email to proof my booking is still confirmed and asked them to reply with agoda cancellation email. Of course is was not exist and they still made funny stories that they weren't sure how to deal with the payments with agoda and it was not their faults... I asked for non smoking but I got the smoking room which we needed to ask for housekeeping to get rid of the smell for us.. They came very quick and thanks for this.. I had dinner at the restaurant and I must said that they staffs are very nice especially the big guy who served us.. He was very attentive and caring.. The breakfast was small but got most of everything we need and again they served us with warm welcoming...

Work on SkyTrain means heavy traffic getting to hotel from or to airport .And building on a condo is 24/7 so a bit more noisy than normal. But good staff good rooms restaurant and breakfast and standards what we have come to expect do not disappointed.

Major building work close by”
We have stayed at kantary house many times. But never again due to the major constructions taking place within about 50 yards of this hotel. The noise was unbelievable and it was impossible to sit comfortably by the pool without being assaulted by the noise. Such a shame as the staff are lovely and the hotel convenient to the local mall and to the airport.

Pro Overall the facilities is ok. Nearby muslim restaurant. Cons No iron in the room There is new hotel done beside this apartment and it is bit noisy. So this time needs to be patient. The restaurant staff is a bit strict. I cant bring out even one piece of bread since I cant finish it on time.

Great hotel, quality rooms, service and facilities”
Kantary house is a modern hotel in a not so modern Soi close to the airport in Bangkok, or rather outside Bangkok. For this reason its location is both a pro and a con, it means that to really shop, whether markets or malls or sight-see you have to get a taxi. These are usually cheap fares 150 to 300 baht at most and taxis are easy to come by, but is just a little annoying. The rooms were a great size, very clean, simple but functional, good size bathroom and a nice little balcony (with a pretty plain view but nice none the less). We ordered room service late on the first night and the food was pretty good and reasonably priced even when a service charge was factored in. Hotel was great value at around AU70 a night, with use of the pool, gym plus breakfast you easily get your moneys worth at Kantary House.

I knew nothing about Kantary House. As a result of this experience I have decided for price and general excellent conditions of rooms and staff that I would always stay at a Kantary Group property whenever a hotel was necessary in Thailand. I have moved onto to Ayutthaya and have experienced same excellent standards I found in Bangkok. This company knows what they are doing providing excellent training to staff and I have felt very comfortable. My only comment negative about Kantary Bangkok would be the dining experience. If they could upgrade this experience to match what they do in Kantary Ayutthaya everything would be perfect.

We stayed at Kantary House Ramkamhaeng for a few nights. It was comfortable, nice and quiet stay. Not only our rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, but also the lobby area and hallway. It really makes you feel like home. Staff are friendly, especially the housekeepers. 7-11 is less than 2 mins walk. A short walk to shopping centre. You can also take a motorbike taxi to go to Airport Rail Link a Huamark Station to Payathai where it's connected with other skytrain lines. Very convenient. Highly recommend!

Kantary House”
Kantary House is a short distance from the airport. Much more reasonable than the Novatel Airport Hotel. The Kantary House has a lovely restautant with a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The rooms all have a stovetop, hot water pot and toaster. Coffee, tea and water are provided. We will definitely be staying ther on our next trip to Bangkok.
