Exceptional”
This place is an absolute miracle. Quiet, peasful, 100% comfortable. The host and staff are so friendly andwelcoming, they did all their best to make our stay perfect, and more. The villa is very clean, the pool is tended every day, you will find no dust or bugs or anything. Rooms are cosy and has everything you need. And the beds... I have never slept in a more soft and comfortable beds than these. Do not hesitate and book this place, it will be one of the best travelling experiences

Nice small hotel, a bit far from the main beach”
This hotel is very small, I think its 5-6 rooms. Its very quite, clean and peaceful. The staff are super nice, although they hardly speak English (only a few words). There is a small pool that is empty most of the time, so its like a private pool. I was upgraded to a "Pool Villa", which is large, with a very nice shower room, bathroom and even its own mini pool/outside bath (although its surrounded by walls so not good for sun bathing). Not enough hot water, but the water pressure was good. The internet was very fast in the day time, a bit slower in the evening. You get 6 bottles of water daily, and the towels and sheets were clean and comfortable As for the location: its a far from the main Cha-Am beach where all the restaurants and stores are. About a 30 minutes walk or 10-15 minutes by bicycle. I recommend renting a bicycle to get around, its only 100 baht per day (they do offer free bicycles but they are not as useful as the rental ones).

Definitely coming back to this hotel again!”
The hotel has only 4 rooms, perfect for couple who look for quiet and peaceful stay. Only a few mins walk away from the beach, or better yet, hotel provides bicycles for free. You can also access to the pool 24 hours. If you're lucky and the other 3 rooms have not rented out, you will have the pool all to yourself! The staffs are super friendly there. Note that the hotel is located at Cha-am, not Hua Hin (25 mins drive away from Hua Hin). Honestly after my trip to Hua Hin/Cha-am, I don't know if I wanted to go back that place again (after all these places you would only go once in your life), but this hotel? I will definitely come back again, for the hotel's sake!! P/s: eat all the snacks in minibar cause it's all free! Also remember to keep track of your time/schedule, cause you'll spend all your time in the hotel (and the pool) before you know it!

Location is 30mins far from Hua Hin. Located in Cha-Am. Near to Swiss Sheep Farm and other tourist place. Hard to find the location. But with nice view and room. Less room with relax environment. Highly recommend to all. The price is quite cheap. What a NICE PLACE!!!!!! Will stay here again if visit to Hua Hin

Hidden gems if Cha-am beach”
It was such a great pleasured to have found this gems hidden just behind LPN condo. If you look it up on the map, you may think it is not that close to the beach but once you there you will know it will take not more than 3 mins to walk to the beach. They also provided you with some bikes , that are free of charge, so you can enjoy riding these bikes with your significant ones along Cha am beach too.

I had a very great time staying here. The hotel is very nice with feeling of very private stay like a home. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The quality of Bed and Pillow and Towel and toiletry are excellence. I like the big screen LCD TV in Familia room that come with a satellite channel (the paid one) not like the local normal satellite channel. I could watch BeinSport where I think not many other hotel are offering this. The kitchen and dining table for family room where I stay is superb.

To keep it short: Our stay at Kanyane Resort was enjoyable. It's a quiet, clean and nice place to stay in walking distance to the beach. The place is smaller than it may appear on the photos here, which is nice if you don't like crowded places. The service was attentive and friendly. However we didn't like everything: 1) The jetstream of the pool couldn't be activated on request. We were told that it's scheduled (but no schedule could be given)... 2) To our surprise the jetstream was running at the crack of dawn when normal people (especially tourists) normally don't need it and feel slightly bothered by the noise the water pumps make.

I was self drive to Huahin from Bangkok. I was mention my arrival time will be at midnight in earlier, coz of some accidents my arrival time late about 1.30am. the staff still very nice and waiting me at reception. Some more i surprise for my room upgrading. Coz of the day is my bday, resort upgrade me from double room to family room and its AWESOME!!

Pros: - Staffs are helpful, friendly and full of service mind - Room is very new, clean, tidy and well-equipped with necessities. - Proper parking lots are provided. Cons: - Only partial phase is opened and others are under constructing including dining room. Therefore, there's no food provided for guests. However, for me, it's ok. I'll be back again anyway. :)
