Normally if in Thailand there is never a nightmare or worst room. Despite how low you pay you always got a better room with normal facilities. But for our stay here totally crap. No hot water (when we booked there is including), when you open the water tap all the black colour water came out from the tap. Seriously they need to improve their facilities.

Me and my friend booked a 32m2 bungalow each, which are great value for money! It's a 10 minute walk to downtown Chaweng.
Only negative about the place is that there is no 24 hr reception. The woman who was there when we arrived spoke just enough English to be able to communicate with us, but she was hardly there. The other man who stayed in the first "reception" bungalow, was friendly but spoke and understood very little English, which was a bit annoying when we wanted to leave our bags there after checkout. It was not a problem in the end, but he had to call the lady, who then had to come to the village from another place. But overall, it was a good place to stay, and I would consider staying there again.
