“Exceptional Stay - Modern , Comfortable, and Excellent Value for Money ”
I stayed at Kaohsiung Marriot Hotel for two nights as a solo traveler, and I was truly impressed the moment I entered the room. The room was very spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Both the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to sleep extremely well on both nights. The room was also very quiet, which made the stay even more relaxing. The bathroom facilities were very advanced and well thought out. I especially appreciated the non- slip floor mat provided, which showed great attention to guest safety and comfort. One feature I would like to particularly emphasize is the door lock system. It is very advanced and not the usual standard hotel door lock system, which made me feel extremely secure and at ease throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Kaohsiung. In addition, the Kyokyo Vegetarian Restaurant on the 9th floor was excellent. I enjoyed dinner there on both nights, and the food quality was consistently very good. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding comfort, modern facilities, excellent dining options, and is truly great value for money. I would highly recommend Kaohsiung Marriot Hotel and would definitely stay here again.

“Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Return to Kaohsiung Marriott”
We returned to Taiwan after 10 months and chose to stay at the Kaohsiung Marriott Hotel once again. I am happy to say it was just as wonderful as our previous visit. The standout feature here is the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the concierge and bellboys were incredibly helpful, and the reception staff made our check-in seamless. Housekeeping also deserves a special mention for being so thorough. Our room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The facilities are top-tier. The breakfast buffet is delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. We also spent a lot of time at the pool and spa, which were very well-maintained. Our little one enjoyed his pool time as always. It’s a perfect spot for families. The only minor downsides we experienced were a lack of a clothesline in the room for drying wet swimwear and the centralized air conditioning system, which didn't allow us to control the temperature individually. Despite these small points, the quality of service and the cleanliness of the hotel keep us coming back. We look forward to our next stay!

“Superb service”
Our recent stay at Kaohsiung Marriott Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. The service was truly exceptional. The concierge, in particular, was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with providing directions, storing our luggages and arranging transportation. Their knowledge and willingness to help made our stay significantly more enjoyable. The hotel's facilities were also a major highlight. The heated pool was a standout – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. We spent many enjoyable hours there. The M9 Buffet restaurant offered a delightful dining experience. The food was delicious, with a varied menu to cater to different tastes, and the service was impeccable. The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the kids' playroom. While the space itself was adequate, it could benefit from a wider variety of toys and activities to keep children of different ages entertained. A few more engaging options would make a big difference for families traveling with young children. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The outstanding service, excellent facilities (especially the heated pool), and wonderful restaurant more than made up for the minor issue with the kids' playroom. We would definitely return in the future.

“Great hotel with room for improvement for security”
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service staff were well trained, friendly, and approachable, which made our stay pleasant. One of the highlights is the hotel’s direct connection to a shopping mall, offering great convenience. The breakfast spread was also good, with a decent variety to start the day. However, there is room for improvement in terms of security. Currently, the lift allows access to all floors with any room card, which means guests can go to any floor. Enhancing access control by restricting floor access would greatly improve guest safety and peace of mind.

“Beautiful and spacious hotel ”
Hotel sits on top of a shopping mall which offers great selection of international brands and restaurants, offering great convenience. The room furnishing is new, comfortable and beautiful. The staff is friendly. However, one drawback is that disposable toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided for environmental reasons. For a 5-star hotel, such amenities should be provided without charge upon request.
