Exceptional”
We were visiting the place with two children and my parents. The location and area were just breathtaking and views from the cliff over the break and the Indian ocean superb. The 3-brm villa was modern, spacious, superbly presented and had all kids and us needed: the pool, sun lounges and home theatre system and space to unwind. The dinner beach bbqs left us with great memories and was a great value for money/super delicious. Activities were fun and the crew was 100% supportive. Swimming/snorkeling was good, but the current was so strong, once I had to call for a life guard (extra care is essential everywhere in Bali). There could have been better breakfast options: they only had a set menu at one of the two restos at the property with no buffet option, secondly breakfast by the beach would have been an alternative if you stay at Karma for longer than 3 days (b/f is only served at Di Mare now). Overall a great place to stay for 2-3 nights.

Best villa in Bali”
We booked four bedroom ocean view villa, and been upgraded to five bedroom cliff villa. The view was awesome, the room was spacious, has got a private cinema room with 5 recliner seats. Two swimming pools, sauna room, jacuzzi. Find the rest yourself.

Nice villa in a jungle, very cozy”
I was upgraded to a huge villa with 2 bedrooms and separated living room. The territory around villa is separated from the public place. It was very calm, cozy and nice. I was impressed by park area in the jungle, the cliff and beach facility and different amenities. You should try to swim after sunset in the public pool, the view is really cool. My breakfast was tasty and it was served in cool restaurant with impressive view. One thing I want to mention is the AC just in front of the bed. It's difficult to sleep if air blows straight on you. It should be somewhere aside. I was lucky to have second bedroom with AC aside.

They give us upgrade to three bedroom villa, it was a great surprise. Even the interior design of the villa seems bit outdated, but the facilities inside was great, we have 3 bedroom with its own bath room, pools, big living room and kitchen area. The villa was quite and calm, some monkeys going around but we already being told to lock all doors and windows. The staff also helpful when we ask their help to bring the early breakfast to the villa since we plan to have early check out.

We stayed in 3 bedrooms villa with couple friends and our kids for weekend getaway also it was our 10 years anniversary and they gave us free upgrade room with ocean view. Everything was amazing, staffs were helpful and friendly, food was good but the only thing that they need to upgrade is their bed frames and especially mattresses.

We came here to rest and relax. Beautiful villa and great pool. Pool around the bar area was the most stunning view. Food was good with 2 restaurants but is expensive if you are on a budget. Our villa had a full kitchen so we choose to cook - staff made fun of us doing this in front of us. We also got harassed daily from one staff member as we weren’t eating or drinking or using the spa facilities. Whilst this may have been her job - calling our villa, turning up at our villa or finding us at breakfast it became increasingly frustrating to be asked what we were doing today why don’t we go have a massage or book dinner. We just wanted to relax! There is also privacy issues with your neighbours being able to look down onto your pool or sunbathing area. Don’t get me wrong, it is a stunning place with amazing views but we won’t be back. Caters for Top end Europeans and not those who have found a great accommodation deal online

great villa with amazing view”
we stayed for 3 nights at 3-bedroom villa. the villa pool is a bit small. but the rooms were great with good amenities. resort environment is amazing. great infinity pool and nice private beach. we tried both of the two restaurants in the resort. they were very good esp. Di Mare Restaurant. the breakfast choices were satisfying. spa is a bit expensive so we didnt try. staff were friendly with nice smile always. we enjoyed the time here.

Not my luck with bad staff”
First i got wrong information when i checked in. I made reservation for one bed room villa include breakfast. Thw staff lady told me i booked 2 bedrooms without breakfast. Second, just had 15 minutes rest in my room, the same lady staff asked me when i would check out tomorrow... really??????? Third, she didn’t how know how to use EDC machine when i to checked out. Karma should train their staffs well.

Falls short of the mark, but decent to stay ”
Pros: beautiful views from restaraunt and spa. Spa was lovely and had a good experience there. Breakfast was decent and included. Upgraded on arrival to 2BR. Pool/backyard was cute Cons: some construction affected views. Major issue was our first villa #76, had a major ceiling leak after using upstairs shower. It woke us up and we were very tired. The staff came to check it out (and you can tell from ceiling condition this has happened before) and we had to stay up for two hours, re pack and move to villa next door. Tough to deal with after so much traveling. The staff was nice but felt they should have been a little more embarrassed that this happened. Was very tired and was upsetting to be forced awake and to have to wait for sleep
