Hotel lobby is huge and room is clean.”
Room carpet a bit old and smell plus basin a bit clog .need to upgrade a bit. Then it will become clean, convenient , value for money. My future meeting i will book here.also huge parking.. And Hotel Entry sign board need to be noticeable bcos 2 times l took GRAB they almost miss it. Should have sign alert driver b4 turning in.

I stayed at Kartika because my relative had wedding at hotel nearby. This wasn’t my first time to stay at there. Kartika is an old hotel that provide many things. However, I little bit disappointed with the room. When we entered, the room was unclean, the wall cracky. Probably Kartika need to improve and repaint their interior. The breakfast and restaurant ambience were great. The food was fine. I won’t go there again, except Kartika renovate their hotel. Not recommend to stay longer.

Hotel is a little dated and lacking basic maintenance. For example the toilet seat in my room is missing a bolt. Housekeeping should have reported this to the maintenance team. Otherwise a clean, spacious room with coffe/tea making facility is all I need.

The hotel is built few decades a go so it's a classic hotel with classic interior but modern facilities. Close to the city center and mall (Ciputra World Kuningan) or Plaza Semanggi.

Kartika Chandra is a quite famous hotel for long time, but this was the first time I stayed there. -The doorman wasn't really nice, twice! When I entered the main lobby door around 3pm, he didn't greet me at all. When I just checked out and about to leave, he stood in the middle of the door and a security had to call his name to move. -The elevator is broken. I can't see the number on the little displays. The open button doesn't work and the elevator doors almost hit my friend. Many floor buttons doesn't light up when we pressed it. -There was only one spoon for 2 coffee cup. -The airconditioner took long time to cool up the room. -I think the fridge is broken cause it's so hot. -There was 2 trash bins with pedal and both of the pedal didn't work. I kind of disappointed. Probably gonna be the first and the last time I stayed at Kartika Chandra Hotel.
