Overall stay was good. The place is new and can still have improvements along the way in terms of facilities and services (probably a shuttle from the bus station?). Staff are exceptionally friendly and very accommodating, so thumbs up for that. They also offer affordable van rentals for tours to Vigan and Pagudpud, which was a relief for us because we had a DIY trip. For our first day we opted for a tour in Vigan. Unfortunately the driver we had was very rude and did not communicate with us at all. For our tour to Pagudpud the next day, we requested a new driver. The staff were understanding and accommodated our request. The new driver was definitely better and friendlier.

Room was small for 3 people suite but aircon was good. We were only one on top floor which has no a/c on in hall area so was super hot. Could sit out there in lounge only in morning. No one came to clean room daily, or switch towels. Had to ask for broom to sweep ourselves. Saw few big bugs on floor in room and hall lounge area. They said was a bug problem floor where reception area was. Did love that there was food and department stores in the building below us, hotel is top two floors. Took 10-15 min to beach area on tricycle only 80 pesos which was convenient and only 10 min town central maybe 50 pesos. Overall was good but not great.

Live & learn -don't pay ahead read all reviews carefully”
Good for overnight stay when coming from or going to airport. Host was friendly. My mistake of paying in full non refundable for 12 nights. I only stayed 1 night as this is not a place you want to relax or vacation at. There is no hot water for showers. The bathroom is outside the main room this means going outside to a somewhat enclosed area but with only a 2/3 wall. The way the bathroom/shower is set up you can not take your clothes or towel in with you when taking a shower or they will get wet. This means opening the door to the not fully private area to get dressed. Bedrooms are very small and no dresser. There was a TV but no chair only a bench in the TV area, which would not be comfortable for viewing. especially as the area is hallway width. It is much further off the main airport road than I would have expected. the grounds are only the parking area,. so don't plan on staying here a few days and lazing around and sitting outside. Construction going on across St. Smoke..

I really liked the place because it was big. The tricycle drivers know the place so it's convenient to go to. The only problem was that the water isn't clear. It was rusty. I think they have to fix their pipes because it was difficult for us to take a bath.

Location is far from the city proper. Toilet flush is broken. No shower (do they even know difference of a Bidet and a shower?). The water they're using contains and smells rust. No TV, air-conditioner doesn't hold the big area. I would not recommend this place for first time travelers. Better find a hotel near the city proper of Laoag. I'm so disappointed. 🙄

Location near airport but not that accessible to transport”
Nice welcoming people. The room had beds and nothing else, no hangers, no soap, no water, no tables except for the TV. Toilet is outside at the back of the room. Water is brown in color. Wonder how they passed and become an Agoda destination hotel.
