Nice Villa”
Friendly staff, beautiful garden around the villa area, pool a bit small but that is fine as its not crowded at all. the villa was large,clean and cater all I need for my family. AC was only in the bedroom but that was fine with us as we mostly stay in the bedroom. Location was perfect,close to Kata Beach, away from street noise. The only downside was mosquitoes. Fortunately, I prepared my baby with mosquito repellent patch in advance and we are used to it back in our country. If you hate mosquito the most , then staying in the villa might be a nightmare instead of holiday.

Lovely relaxing hotel ”
We originally booked a garden view room but got upgraded to a poolside room which wasn’t overlooking other rooms so it was a great surprise for us. The rooms were great and comfortable and to have a pool right outside the balcony was so nice after coming back to the room it was nice to get in the pool and cool down. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast with plenty of choices

You have to go there! It's an amazing place to be. The woman working at the pool bar is so lovely! We really enjoyed our staying. It's clean, you can rent a motorbike to drive around or just walk to Kata beach. Near the hotel you can eat at Red Chair!

We had made a reservation in a private villa in the garden but for our baby's confort they made a free upgrade to a villa with pool access, that was so nice. Hotel is very clean and location is perfect.

very nice big room, with an extra couch, a fridge and free water. There is also a kettle in the room and free coffee and tea. Every day a free shuttle to the beach and back again. There was also the possibility to rent this shuttle to another beach for a small fee. The private pool access was great and you could use them directly from the room until late in the evening. The breakfast was excellent. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The massages in the area itself are highly recommended. In the 0pposite of the complex is a very good local restaurant with very good Thai food. Also in the area (walking distance) many bars and restaurants.

I stayed in a de luxe bungalow and although I do not regard it as de luxe as a European would regard de luxe it was adequate. It had a separate lounge area but this area did not have air con so it got rather warm (could be too hot in high season). Bed was comfortable but the curtains were not blackout. The hot water never got beyond warm and the toiletries did not include shower gel ( a cheap soap was provided). The breakfast was good, even though the restaurant is at the far end of the entrance road (not too far). The pool is not large but is kept clean and at this time of year fairly quiet. There is a good gym on site. A shuttle bus goes to the beach every hour but, depending on how fast you walk, it is only 10/15 minutes walk. Plenty of food outlets, bars and massage parlours within walking distance. Was offered the upgrade to a pool room (access to pool directly) but preferred to stay in the bungalow. It may seem I was not too happy at the resort but I really did not enjoy my stay

Stayed 5 nites. Stayed in a Villa, which has 2 rooms, a little kitchen, 2 TV's (didn't use but nice), beautiful porch, beautiful facility all for a low price. Best value for sure! I would stay here for sure and rec. to anyone. Don't waste money when you can have this at a great price! It really is so nice!

Been here serveral times now but this was the first time since it became Blu pines and has been fully renovated . It was fantastic before and only the dated appearance allowed any negative feedback . Now the hotel has been fully upgraded it is faultless . The same staff for many years who cannot do enough for you . Always a relaxed feel about the hotel and we will go no where else when in Phuket . Unbelievably the prices are the same and they have not increases due massively since renovations which again is a huge plus . Super clean, staff fab and service is second to none . If anything the gym could do with a little attention but it’s very useable and has good air con. Love it here and still over a week to go

Staff were very friendly and hotel clean. Room had a little mould in bathroom around shower but apart from that it was clean. Was nice to have pool access from our balcony. Kata area was lovely but still more touristy than I thought it might be. There was a little market along the beach in the evening selling goods and food. We also found 7eleven near beach was double the price as the one in the next road. The only bad thing we found with the hotel was they wanted cash all the time upfront and would charge 3% if you used your card. We felt they were slightly about the money.

We stayed here 2 weeks, room very clean and comfortable, housekeeper very friendly and helpful, 5 min walk to the beach, but highly recommend rental the bike, will more easy to go anywhere.

Great tropical feel. Pool really nice and added bonus of a gym. Being a 15 min walk to beach results in a quite peaceful place. The Manager was fantastic. Would highly recommend, and happily stay here again.
