AMAZING EXPERIENCE ❤️”
We went for our wedding anniversary celebration from 4th ~ 7th Dec 2019. Pros: •They decorated our room and surprised us with a cake. It was very thoughtful of them. •The service was TOP NOTCH! Quick service and excellent customer rapport! •Great value for money. •Food at their restaurants were delicious. We went to their restaurant beside the pool and The Kliff (go around 5pm in the evening for an amazing sunset view. •You have to experience their balinese massage with coffee scrub! Perfect to get it a day before you leave. •The staffs were very polite and always do things for their customers with a smile on their face which makes us feel comfortable to talk to. • Room service -everything is timely done. Cons: It has nothing to do with the resort but due to the rainy weather, there were too many flies. Suggestion: Please provide airport transfer w/out additional charges. 😁 Thanks for your excellent service. Definitely coming back!

One of the best hotels in Senggigi Beach”
Stayed in the pool villa. Perfect and very private. Everything very tidy and clean (but poolwater could have been more cleaner!).... All employees were very helpful! Thank you so much for the gardner with the red cap who brought down my drone from a 15 meter high palmtree....unbelievable how he did it.....that was awesome!!!!! The Kliff Restaurant is amazing. Thank you Hasan for the wonderful service! The soul of the resort is April she was absolutely amazing and helpful! Thank you so much for your cooperation! Breakfast was ok....during COVID 19 they serve a a la carte breakfast with a choice of some continental and Indonesian breakfast.....but sufficient. Bottomline: one of the best hotels you can stay in Senggigi Besch with a wonderful sunset! We will be back!!!!!! Thank you! Dieter

Paradise is an understatement, The Katamaran Hotel and all its staff were efficient and professional to say the least. From a speedy check-in to the everyday running and services they offer we can not fault them one bit. We would like to name all the staff who catered to our requirements but the list would be endless, however we would like to thank Fery and Rizky at the pool and restaurant for there friendly and professional manner, they can not do enough to help you and keep the drinks flowing. The rooms were clinically clean and kept that way throughout our stay, the food was second to non including the buffet breakfast, the views and grounds were breathtaking. We did book the Gili Islands trip through the hotel which was flawless and a must if you can drag yourself away from the hotel (Gili T is a bustling island where as Gili Meno is almost Maldivian. The view, the sunsets, time in the pool or on the beach, relaxing over drinks by the pool, a leisurely morning breakfast, a quiet massage in the spa - it didn't matter what we did or how we spent the day - our time at the resort was thoroughly relaxing and just what we wanted. Conveniently located in Senggigi area this resort is definitely a must for the discerning traveler. The Kliff is part of the hotel facilities and offers excellent evenings with 5-star service from their very amiable staff. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed with a large undercover balcony we could sit out and enjoy the cool evening breezes and watch the spectacular sunsets. Also great for morning coffee or just a private space to enjoy the day. The staff - all staff - were always so kind, polite, and friendly and this is what made our stay most memorable. Katamaran Resort was one of the best places I have stayed. It is a beautifully designed resort on the beach. The rooms face the ocean, the best view to wake up to. The infinity pool is perfect. The pool bar right next to it, overlooking the sea makes an evening dip in the pool enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We had visited Lombok a few months after the earthquakes, and so were very anxious. The staff, especially the manager gave us all the necessary information and the evacuation procedure in case of any alerts. They had honest advice for us for all our concerns. They took very good care of us. It was such a pleasure to talk to their staff. The restaurant is excellent. They had an elaborate spread for breakfast. Almost all their food in their menu was well prepared. The bar is well stocked and the cocktails were well mixed. The spa is very nice and well maintained. They have a rather well thought of menu, I particularly liked the sun tan treatment. Excellent!

This resort gives you beauty at every turn you take . The beach was amazing! Buffer Breakfast every morning with the most incredible views.! Amazing service ! Staff always attentive. The villa was amazing and clean. Beds were soo comfortable. Amazing opportunities such as yoga/ meditation offered at the spa. The massages and pedicures were soo great. Shout out to Astika and Andi who went above and beyond to make our stay that even more enjoyable ! They make you feel at home away from home with their warm and kind gestures and met our needs .! I’ve been traveling for 32 years (since I was 8) and this hotel was my favorite stay. Most hotels on Lombok have great and friendly staff. Same here. But what set his place apart was the lovely interiors, large bedrooms, cleanliness, modern touches, 3 great pools, beach with a coral reef you can swim out to, a beautiful restaurant on a cliff with gorgeous views and delicious food. This was a great stay. I waffled between several hotels in this area. My husband and I and kids (15,12, and 3) all loved this place.

Fantastic stay at Katamaran”
Was upgraded to the ocean view room and it had a great view. Room was clean and looked great with indoor and outdoor shower. Bed and linens were super comfortable. F&B was a good variety. The facilities and layout of the resort was great, everything you could ask for a relaxing and wonderful stay. Best part was the service by their staff, which was excellent! Their hospitality made a guest feel welcomed and happy. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Coming here for our wedding anniversary, and we made the best decision to choose this hotel.. Literally blown away by the staff's hospitality and the room cleanliness and facilities.. we got even happier when the staff said we got upgraded to the 1br pool villa, such a paradise.. we spend our time mostly in the resort and booked a private snorkeling trip with the hotel (such a good value 1.3ish mio for two, not much different if you booked it outside). Breakfast buffet and foods were all so good.. would definitely love to come back here!

We had a great romantic time staying at Katamaran resort in July 2020 after this hotel and all hotels nearby in Lombok started to re-open after covid-19 and allowance of Domestic flight traveling. Somedays there were few local guests and we were the only foreigners in the hotel and nobody was using the pool. So we were enjoying all the stunning infinity pools alone! The seaview are so beautiful and romantic! We have stayed at One bedroom pool villa, the villa is private and beautiful with great shower outdoor.. but we barely used our private pool ..we enjoyed more infinity pools with great seaview! Overall, it was fantastic stay! very beautiful, quiet, staff are friend;y and helpful. Highly recommended Katamaran hotel for your stay in Lombok!

Best resort in Lombok”
I've had a look at most of the well known resorts and hotels in Lombok but this resort is the best in my opinion. The room was very comfortable with a spectacular view. Very peaceful and warm atmosphere. The food was amazing - I enjoyed everything I tried! Overall it was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Indonesia.

What an excellent place to stay”
This place is in a great location and has excellent facilities. The staff are so friendly and there are plenty of families and couples here. Everything seems to overlook the magnificent sandy sunset beach. There are two great pools and many apartments have their own private pools. I spent most of my time on the sunbeds looking out to the sea. There is some coral close to the shore where you can view some exotic fish and if you're lucky (like me) a turtle or two. They also have a great cliff top restaurant. We got to know the staff and they made our stay at Katamaran Hotel Resort so enjoyable.

Great resort with beautiful ocean view”
Lovely resort with amazing facilities. They have 2 swimming pools and direct connection to the beach. You can enjoy ocean view while sitting by the pools. Too bad the beach itself is not really suitable for swimming or any water activities cos it has a lot of pebbles and small corals. Service is good and staffs are very helpful. Room is also clean and comfortable. The only downside is location quite far from city center (Mataram).

We enjoyed our stay at Katamaran. The place is clean. Loved the 2 pools esp the infinitypool with gorgeous view of the sea. Bed came with one super big soft pillow and 1 normal sized one. Staff is attentive and polite. Food at The Sail and The Kliff are great! Con-the lighting in the room is slightly too dim

Lovely perfect stay”
Katamaran resort is a lovely place. So well maintained, everyone is super friendly always with a smile! Nice big luxurious rooms with great value. Beatuiful architecture and lots of sun beds close to the sea and pools under the shade of big trees. All the facilities except the gym were open since the earthquake. Senggigi area is still quiet but don’t be discouraged to go there, everything is open just waiting for tourists to return. Only downside is that the beautiful waves coming in are very soothing to look at but often too big for swimming, however during the day there was usually a (short) calmer period when you could swim in the sea.

This is absolutely beautiful. Im staying in beachfront ocean view villa. You can lie in bed and look at sea. Its divine. Other rooms have views as well. We got very reasonable rates but booked before tourism resumed. It is not yet busy but enough people. Pools glorious. It is an upmarket venue and cannot fault it The Cliff restaurant fabulous views as up high. Area loads of shops nearby. Best place Ive stayed in. The staff are out sweeping tge private beach ready for the day. I asked for table and chairs for my patio as only had daybed and they were delivered promptly. Thoroughly recommended.

I would say this is the best option in senggigi, room is nice and comfortable, pool is really nice overlooking the blue sea, the restaurant by the hotel (the sail) is not good, but their other restaurant (the kliff) is amazing, seriously amazing, the crab tagliolini is super! I came back for 4 consecutive days for dinner here. Will def come back!
