The staff there are so friendly and thoughtful, we've arrive at 11 in the morning which is not there check in time, so we just left our bag in the front desk. when we back to the hotel in the afternoon, just noticed that they already put our bags in our room. what a sweet detail!

温泉は広くて眺めがよい。イベントもあって観光メインでの利用の場合はいい。バスでも行けるが少し不便なところにある。無料で自転車をかしてくれるので、助かった。

먼저 직원들이 정말 친절합니다 호텔내 온천은 평범한거 같구요.. 침구류는 매트리스같은거에 이불을 덮는건데 이불이 정말 좋았습니다. 지하철까지는 15분정도 걸어야하며, 나치산방향이나 카츠우라역방향의 정류장은 바로 근처에 있습니다. 전 객실이 흡연실이라 그런지몰라도 찌든냄새가 좀 납니다

地點不是很容易抵達，需要坐公車或計程車（上坡絕對不要自己拉行李箱）。浴池好，有新奇的烤鮪魚頭服務。”
溫泉浴池有分室內跟室外的，室內部分是用檜木（或有香味的木）製成的純木作大浴池（我在日本第一次見到），泡澡時有優雅的香味。室外有露天浴池感覺很清新（日本人都泡完裡面去泡外面）。 住宿房間是日式房，裝潢很古老。算乾淨。 飯店人員服務態度好。但腳踏車好像只有兩台，被預約走就沒有了。 晚上頂樓會舉辦巨大鮪魚頭的露天燒烤會，飯店人員烤給你吃，這是免費無料入場的。結束後還會給你拍張照片留念。 附近有好吃的燒肉店（熊野牛），台灣妻子跟日本先生開的。

除了在火車站要走頗遠路才到達，或等約半小時一班的巴士才能去到，這個價錢這個質素真係物超所值。 溫泉水平好，天氣好時，露天風呂能看到星空，房間夠大，設施亦不錯。

鄉間的溫泉旅館”
地點離那智瀑布還算近，有公車可以到達，旅館似乎也有車子可以送到入口，不過前一晚要先預定；晚上8點屋頂會有烤魚頭可以免費食用；旅館附近算偏僻基本上沒什麼地方可以逛，可以的話建議開車去比較好，要退房時還會多收浴池使用費(以日計)...不懂為何沒有一開始就包含在住宿費內。
