Clean hotel in a central location with good breakfast”
Although the rooms may feel a little small, our room had a working aircon, TV and fridge along with hair dryer and bathrobes and all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Love the fact that there is a kettle so you can get yourself a hot cuppa when you want. The guys in reception were super helpful, booked us boat tickets to Bagan, sorted out the transfer to the pier as well as a little packed breakfast on departure. The breakfast is substantial with really helpful staff as well. All in all, a great experience, especially as our first 3 star Mandalay hotel was a bit of a disaster!

This hotel offers pretty good value for money in Mandalay. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet could have been better – we ate towards the end of service and there was very little food left and what was left was fairly average.

Excellent location and staff”
Very convenient hotel for a few days in Mandalay. Rooms are small but beds very comfortable. Shower has good pressure and Air-conditioning works well if needed. Staff extremely pleasant.

Such friendly staff”
The staff was so helpful here. We were short 50 kyats for the taxi to the airport and the hotel staff helped us out. Also they speak very decent English. The hotel is clean and their breakfast buffet is also very good! I highly recommend everyone stay here

Great if you don't like WiFi”
Lovely staff, sweet and helpful. The room was sufficient and clean. The TV gets only one random channel that's not in Chinese or Burmese. And the WiFi NEVER worked in my room, not for a minute. Still, the staff insists it's just a temporary hiccup that never happened before. This lie (I suppose they think they are just being polite) persisted for 6 days. So buy a good SIM card or just give up on WiFi. All the other hotels I've been to in Myanmar had decent WiFi except this one. Anyway, besides that it's a nice place.

Good for staying next to train station”
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Good, authentic, cheap restaurant (Shan Ma ma) nearby. Room clean and convinient. Only the Aircon is a bit noisy but the room had a window so you just open that one during night.

we arrived at 4am and the staff had our room ready at 6am ( we didn't pay that night). also we left our luggage in the hotel for 3 days (for free). the breakfast is included and is a nice buffet. location is very good ( many restaurants and bike shops at walking distance)

Good location. Very attentive and helpful staff. Good Wi-Fi. Only downside was not having an area to relax other than the room. Would still recommend as a great place to stay. Also checked it early after arriving off a bus in the AM. Was a huge help.

to many structural problems”
the stuff does all it can to cover for the deep structural problems, but it is just beyond their capacity. internet connection very poor even by Burmese standards. room condition is poor. bath design is far from clever and it stays wet for long periods. there is a strong smell of naphthalene. breakfast had a nice variety, and was served in full-of-light top floor.
