IT'S WORTH! EXCEPT FOR...”
If you looking for budget room for staying at Sibu, Sarawak this is what you searching for. 1. ROOM. Its good, wide enough and also comfortable. Don't expect like 5 star one since you are paying as a budget room. However The Hotel should make sure all lamp was functioning well. Mine one a darker room. 2 out of 4 lamp doesn't work at all. 2. LOCATION. Very near to city centre. Just walk for few mins. 3. ACCOMODATION. Back to 1990's, for the for the first time during my travel that I found a box TV being used. The screem itself has its own sound. Other than that, furniture also were from the same era maybe. 4. CLEANLINESS. Well, acceptable. 5. STAFF. I just met them few times only. So don't know how to say either they are friendly or not. Just okay for me. 6. Car Park. You got one but limited space. 7. GRAB. Since you were at heart of city, every interesting place you want to go are at RM5 rate.

Last night I checked in this hotel from a 6 hours journey from Miri to Sibu town. when i got my key i directly went to level 5 because i was really tired driving. The whole night the room air-conditioner produce a loud sound that disturb my sleep. the air-conditioner brand was "national" was out-dated and needs to be replaced so that someone who is really tired from a long journey wont be disturbed by the loud sound of the aircond.

Just dissapointed with the terms and conditions of the hotel. As stated in the page, we will get parking if we pay for certain amount. But in reality, we just park our car anywhere if we found empty space. And as mentioned by the receptionist, she said that if we blocked other's car, we have to get up early and move the car in order to ease both parties. Other services was okay. Just dissapointed with that point - parking.

Staying for one night at this hotel and im quite disappointed with a few things. The hotel look dim with yellow light. The bed is not so comfortable, the bathroom is not well lit!. Definitely the last that i’m going to stay there.

The room service just simply entered our room doing the cleaning without our permission & no room serviced tag on our room handle. it was surprising that the room serviced even cleared our belonging which was still in use. The good thing was, the receptionist was very helpful with our room booking.

Beware when choosing the room . If you book a standard room , there will be no complimentary drinks and even a mini fridge in the room . Those only you can get unless you purchase a deluxe room (according to the answer given to me by hotel receptionist) . The parking also an issue because when we late for check in , its hard to get parking space much nearer to the hotel . For me to get an over RM100 room only to get a standard room is very unsatisfied for me as a customer travelling with family , differentiate while spending that amount of money i can get way better accomodation like parking and facilities in much cheaper rates in another hotels or inns .
