quiet place with a golf course view”
the hotel itself is dated and needs a few interior upgrade. Wish they have bidet. A nice pool for the kids and kids-at-heart would be a good addition in the future for non-golfers like me. But if you are a golf addict then this hotel is for you.

We get what we want! If you want to get away from stress in manila , and have a relaxing ambiance, awesome view and clean room. This place is perfect for you! We enjoyed our overnight stay here. Nice view from the balcony and very accommodating staff. I highly recommend this place!

KC Hill Crest Hotel not good for the reasons explained belosw”
THis was our second time, we booked KC Hillcrest Hotel. Our first experience was very nice so we decided to book it again. This time during our first day the management let us to checkin in room 416 with not aircondtioner and TV. When we compalined they transfered us to room 101 it was a little bit comfortable, but soon they decided to shift us to other room, for the reason the close relative of the Korean management wants to check in this room. Then after some time they shifted us again to other room number 103, withou any justficiation. What I observed they controlled TV channels and forcing the guests to watch Korean channels and even upon repeated requests they did provide telling only Korean channels avaiblable. What I suggest that agoda should first take up with issue with the Korean management of the hotel and in case non cooerative, agoda should stop its booking as believe that such arrogance the one I observed in Korean management of KC, the agoda would lose its customers.

Stayed here together with my wife for a friend's wedding and did not really expect much of the place given the negative reviews online. I never thought that they won't even pass the low level expectation that I have readied myself before staying here. Both the interior and exterior of the place shows it has been not maintained properly. The TV sets are not only old, they only show Korean Channels which would be very comforting if I was a Korean but sadly, no. We thought there will be warm water available in the bathroom, but got disappointed with that, and worst, there are rusts coming out of the pipeline. Probably, the only consolation we had is that the staff is very friendly all the way up to the reception manager. It is sad how their good service will only be overshadowed by the awful facilities of the place. Also, I love the view from our room it's just that it is not enough to take my mind of what's coming out the faucets.

The place needs renovation ”
We had to check-out the same night and transfer to a nearby hotel. The place was not well maintained. The place is so creepy. Some of the lightbulbs are not working. The bathroom is filthy. We stayed here before when it was still Evercrest Golf and Country Club and it was okay. We didn't know that it is under a new management. I think the hotel needs a major renovation.

It is a very nice property except that it isn't being properly maintained and poorly staffed. It caters to Korean golfers and their needs. If you want peace and quiet though and don't care about good service and amenities the hotel is good place to stay and enjoy the golf course view. But if you intend to stay for a nice vacation, this is not the place. Sleeping quarters? Good enough... all in all, it depends on the purpose of your stay in Nasugbu, Batangas.

Limited choice”
We only booked here because it’s only a 5 minute drive to the venue for the event that we were attending. The hotel is old and looked like nobody checks-in there anymore. The view is awesome though. I was just disappointed that they serve korean dishes during breakfast. I’m not a fan of korean dishes so I just hoped that they served normal breakfast foods like hotdog, pancakes, etc.

Old hotel ”
We stayed here overnight to attend a wedding, the room was okay, there was a problem with their water heating system and we experienced a power interruption in the middle of the night which is kinda creepy!

Room 104 smells bad; foul smell seems coming from the sink. Major sink repair should be made. The bed mattres is hard. No internet inside the room, but acceptable considering the room rate being offered. The complimentary buffet meal served during breakfast is for Koreans but we were thankful they gave fried egg and bangus for filipino guests. Thanks for this.

First time in Nasugbo”
It’s a cons, i think it’s time to renovate this hotel, very old building, facilities wise are not complete. I can’t wait to finish my day when I stayed here . Not recommended, looks good in the picture.

Golf course looked ok everything else disappointing”
The bathroom needed a good scrub lots of mould the finish for sanitary ware shocking breakfast was a joke when we got their at 8.30am we were told there was no more food the "chef" did his best and prepared something for us .In summary the place needs a large investment especially the fabric which leaves a lot to be desired
