Highly recommended”
Great location. Very close to Shinjuku area, but surprisingly quiet. The room is spacious and all facilities work very well. The view of the club is great. We also enjoyed having breakfast in four different restaurants. Perfect choice for family trip.

Location, club access and breakfast”
Our room comes with club lounge access and breakfast. 4 choices of breakfast restaurants and club lounge includes tea and evening drinks at various hours. Room is rather new on high floor with city view. Sound proof is quite good, can't hear any noise during the stay. I can't think of any amenities they don't have, even bath bomb. Free bottle water, coffee and tea in room. Staff speaks English very well. If you find the underground elevator both ways, you can get to JR pretty quick.

Great service; Fantastic bar; Good location in Shinjuku”
We prefer to stay in Ginza when it Tokyo, but we wanted to experience the vibe in Shinjuku so we booked a night here at Keio Plaza. If you are decided about staying in Shinjuku, this is a great option. Service was great. We ran into a bit of inconvenience when there was suddenly no water coming from the faucet just as my husband and I were getting ready for bed (close to midnight). The hotel staff was responsive. Ultimately, they could not fix the problem and we had to move to another room. It was not the best experience, but the staff was attentive and apologetic -- and the when we checked out, the manager was there to offer his apologies and handed us with a special token. We appreciated this -- because not everything will go perfectly all the time, but how the staff responds to the situation is what makes all the difference. If you like cocktails, make sure to try Brilliant, a wonderful bar right inside the hotel. They make excellent and reasonably priced cocktails.

a very good hotel but not one of the best”
stayed for several nights. overall it is good with a great location. one let down was the lack of high chair in the executive lounge. quite a few families have booked the room with the lounge breakfast in mind but apparently they dont have high chair and is not willing to get one from downstairs or anywhere or pass the feedback to someone up the chain. "we are sorry" -- that is hospitality 101 "sorry" means you are not gonna do anything about it to a customer's ears and you are not really sorry about anything.

Great for first time trip to Tokyo”
We stayed in the Premier Grand and had a great experience for our first time in Tokyo. Great location, great western breakfast, and beautiful room. The only thing I thought was lacking was the front desk staff. It may be because in Kyoto our concierge went above and beyond to make us feel welcome but that’s just how I feel. House keeping and restaurant staff however were Very kind and welcoming. Top notch stay, would definitely return.

Great location, super clean and spacious rooms”
Stayed at the Grand Premier room and the rooms were really spacious and clean. Impressed. Location is close to Shinjuku station (about a 5 - 10 min walk). On the quieter side of Shinjuku (west side) which is good as we have young children. Lots nearby, including food choices. Really happy with the free shuttle to and from Disneyland!

A Fabulous Hotel”
We really enjoyed our stay at Keio Grand Premier. My kids love the Club lounge. Its so cozy & relaxing. You can choose from 4 different restaurants for breakfast including the Club Lounge. The location is superb. Walking distance from Takashimaya & Shinkuju Station & local restaurants & convenient stores. What not so good was it took us an hour & half before we we’re able to check in our room. But overall, it’s a great hotel!!! Thank you!!!

Booked wrong dates”
The hotel is not flexible at all, I made a booking with the wrong dates not realizing that I had typed in the wrong month. I should have booked Nov date but accidently keyed in Oct date and only realized after the date had passed when the hotel sent me a message. I requested for them to change it to Nov but they said its their policy they cannot do that. They just made double the money by giving out that room to some one else. Very disappointed and will never ever book this hotel again.

Generally good but not worth to pay extra for the club room ”
The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Shinjuku where restaurants and shops are all around. The staff and facilities are generally good and up to standard. I have specially paid extra for the club room which allows me to have access to the club lounge and express check in and out since I’m traveling with my daughter. However, my conclusion is that it didn’t worth to pay extra for the club room. The lounge is not particularly impressive and so as the service. I have requested for a slight delay of 15-30mins maximum of my check out time until 12 noon (11:30am is the original check out time) because I have to recharge my notebook so I can use it at the airport. However, my request has been turned down and am required to pay additional charge if I check out after 11:30am. I think this is a bit too stringent.

Lounge service has to improve”
The manager on duty in the lounge Tue 12/17 morning isn't very friendly, in my view, rude.

Beautiful room with extremely rude staff and terrible lobby”
What an absolute waste of what could be a beautiful establishment. - Room = beautiful - Club lounge = beautiful - Lobby = terrible - breakfast buffet = terrible - Staff = an absolute joke! The staff and lobby rate this place a 0. Could not comprehend how such an expensive establishment hires and fosters such terrible staff. Not willing to accomodate any requests or help. Rude, non polite and unprofessional beyond belief. Such a shame!

Neither Grand or Premier”
I was frankly disappointed at this end of Cruise experience.Total absence of a turndown service even though we had had to point this omission out on the first night.A Executive lounge that could have been so much better with a little less haste and a greater degree of generosity with timings and food and beverage offer .A beautiful space whose usual tranquility was disturbed on our first night by the vociferous complaints of a short changed guest. He had my sympathy.Must do better to earn my repeat custom despite an excellent location and generous sized spotlessly clean and well appointed rooms.Poor public areas in the main wing and outrageously overpriced food outlets even by Tokyo standards.
