Very Convenient location
The hotel is very convenient located below keio plaza and they have lots of shuttle bus to many top attraction around tokyo and airport.

Feel luxury and comfortable at this hotel.
Overall a wonderful experience with free shuttle to Disney land and other premium services. Just a small suggestion that Lounge facility could be better and bed could be softer.

Good service recovery
Housekeeping overlook a chewing gum stucked to the sofa which stained my mom's pants. When we reported the problem, the hotel manager came to our room and apologised profusely. They immediate took the stained pants for laundry services and returned cleaned and ironed, left a note of apology on the table and also a gift (some cookies/snacks) the next day. If only, they would offer us breakfast vouchers for 3 instead of the snacks. English of the staff needs improvement but they are very polite and try to help as much as possible.
