New & Clean Hotel”
Very clean hotel, was surprised when we notice that they clean the windows daily, it was really so clean that doesn't have any stain! Loving that the toilet & bathroom being separated, and there are self service laundry area, venting machines, ice machines and ironing area . Stayed 3 nights and love it! Just mins away from Sapporo station and all the attractions, but at the same time not the too noisy area. Lawson is just a few mins walk away too, there is also coco ichibanya next to the hotel. Definitely stay at Keio Prelia when I visit this city again, even though the room is slightly small, but alright for Japan standard.

very new hotel and clean”
if you're lucky and get high floor, you'll get a good view of sapporo. we stayed on level 17 and it was beautiful. hotel is new and very clean. however its so new that you might not be able to find it on GPS if you're driving. there's no drive through at lobby, so you will struggle alittle when unloading/loading luggage. there's a lounge area but if you've checked out for the day and hoping to rest at hotel before your flight, you'll have to rest at the lobby instead.

Brand new building with brand new facilities, humidifier, public bath, everything is brand new and pristine. inner decor is modern, simple and comfortable. I have stayed here once earlier this year, and decided I will definitely stay in this hotel whenever coming to Sapporo.

The location of the hotel is very close to Sapporo Station. It takes 5 minutes from it and easy to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable to relax. It has a public bath even though not too big. But it is enough for releasing stress. I recommend this hotel and would use it next time when I visit Sapporo. Thanks.

Breakfast was buffet style with good variety of Japanese food and desserts. If you only like western style breakfast, choices is a little limited. There’s bread, cereal, salad and yogurt. Location is good - approximately 7 mins to Sapporo JR station / Sapporo subway station. In winter, this distance can be challenging if you are dragging a heavy luggage along. There’s 24hrs coin laundry at reasonable price and an onsen. Didn’t check out the onsen as there’s also bathtub in the room. Room size is decent. Not all staff can speak English, but it was good enough for the stay. Will come back again!

Good hotel. Location is walking distance to main station. Have washing machine (but need to que, suggest hotel to put time limit to customer who use washing machine and not take their clothes after timeout. You can walk or take 2 stations local train for Sapporo park.

The only hotel that really look into my request for high floor and quiet room. Counter staffs are friendly and polite. Very convenient from Sapporo station. Very clean n new room with bathtub in the room. There is also public bath at level 2! Will definitely book this hotel again!

Excellent Location”
Very convenient. The hotel is just a short walk from Sapporo Station (North exit) and Hokkaido University. Buffet breakfast (6:00 - 11:00 AM) is the same spread everyday but all good quality. There's free coffee at the lounge the whole day until 10 PM. Staff are friendly and helpful but have difficulty in speaking English. Room is clean and size is just enough for us (24 sqm) and we can open two huge luggage at the same time. Downside, though, is check-in time is 3 PM (a bit late). We arrived in the morning, left our baggage at the reception, went around the malls at the Sapporo Station and came back at 3 PM to check-in. Overall, we had a good experience at Keio Prelia Hotel Sapporo.

At early Feb that peak season, this hotel is still can book maybe it is new. The hotel may not be convenient as it takes 5 mins from Sapporo JR station. The room is clean and comfort, staffs are nice and helpful. The cons is only the washing machine is only 3 at 2F for whole building, I have to say it is seriously insufficient, for a washing and drying process for 3kg cloths it takes 120mins. The best is the breakfast, I have never seen so much desert in breakfast and it is delicious. The lift is fast.

Pros: location is within 5min walk to Sapporo station. Room was new, modern, spacious and clean. Value for money. Staffs were friendly & helpful. Cons: toilet was clean but there’s a bit of urine smell even after staff cleaning. Shampoo quality was not as good as other hotel i had used.
