Pros - Rooms are good size. Loads and loads of channels. Well stocked kitchen for those who want to com. Cons - Only soap provided - no shampoo even. Rooms very bleak. Some items (towels and pillows in our room) were very old and tired. Parking very limited. All considered - Hey for less than 20 bucks it's a good deal and I will use again next time in Kemang no worries.

The staffs in Safe are very friendly and helpful to your each queries. Especially Ms. Rini who can speak a very good English accommodate us with all we need. Celebrated my wives birthday and the areangement she and the crew made was awesome. This hotel is attached to Waring Solo where u can get good and delicious javanese food with affordable and cheap bills I would say. Overall Sare Suite is recommended for all those travellers who needs a calm and peaceful ambience. This place is surrounded with greeneries. The only cons arare it is a bit far from Jakarta city. Anyone travel and stay in Sare suite can get in touch with Ms. Rini and Ms. Dewi. They both are very helpful and attend to all your needs. Massage is just 5minutes walk across the road and they do provide massage in-house. Sare suite is a place definitely not to miss during your stay in Jakarta. Its at Kemang. Price is so much cheaper compared those hotels outside. Thanks to Agoda and The staffs in Sare. Thanks once again.

Second time coming here, where the last time we booked in for a comfort room. This time was a standard room which I expected to be smaller. While I booked for a non-smoking room, I could tell there was the smell of cigarettes when I entered. I was a bit surprised that the bathroom was separated from the bedroom with no more than a glass panel and that it had no door. Anyone taking a shower with hot water will immediately fill the room with steam. I could tell immediately that the bathroom was actually part of the bedroom but had been included much later. Other than that the place was really peaceful and the room overlooked the pool area which was a decent view. Strategic location since it was close to the shops and restaurants. Definitely would come back again.

This place is difficult to find and the rooms having translucent glass wall are a little strange but are clean and a decent size for the price. The only fault is they don't service the rooms. I booked for 4 days and when I returned the second evening to the room hadn't been touched, I got an Indonesian friend to call and ask them to please do it, they agreed, gave me some more water and a clean towel but the next day it still hadn't been done. They did, however, come to my room and give me some more water but they didn't even do that on the last day so if you want the room cleaned and serviced daily, check out and check back in.

We always arrive at late night for business trip and always stay in this hotel since the rate is low with nice clean room. The front desk always welcome us with smile. Make sure you mention you need room with hot water, if not, possibly you will be put in room without hot water. The hotel is clean and tidy with all renovated rooms. I am allergic to carpet, so i am happy with this hotel because all rooms' floor is made of ceramics. There are quite many places for good eatery nearby such as kemang within walking distance. For midnighters, there are places like 'roti bakar eddy' or eddy toast within short drive. During the day, for eatery you can go to pasaraya grande's food court serving all indonesian culinary. The hotel's location is also near government's offices such as ministry of public works (kementrian pekerjaan umum) pattimura, Polda, ministry of people housing (kementrian perumahan rakyat).

I wrongly booked the date, which i realised when arrived there and pointed by the receptionist. Beforehand, few times i tried to confirm the location through email & Agoda msg to no replied. I arrived the next day around 3PM. Asked whether i can shifted to today and request by the receptionist to call the number, which turn out RedDoorz CS and told, since I wasn’t confirm yesterday (d’oh 😑) then it can’t be shifted. Ask the recptionist whether they still have an empty room and said it was full for that day (this would be more reasonable excuse to turn down a guest). The facade of the building does not have that writing guest house things and the address were put on a sliding fence that get cover by the walls Plus side, it’s next to 2 good coffe shops and near citos

Pros i. Sleek, stylish, and modern living residence ii. Fast service iii. Value for money living residence (Sony PS3 is available at the living hall, refrigerator is provided, unlimited mineral waters/coffee/teas) iv. Recommended stay if your primary hotspots is in Kemang (Lippo Mall Kemang, Kemang Village, Block M) Cons i. Very very tricky location. You must use blue bird taxi to arrive at these guest house. I had asked 5 non blue-bird taxi drivers with unsuccessful effort to locate the guest house ii. Air-conditioner in my room ran out of gas. Quiet a sad situation for me and my couple. Luckily, the staff bought an alternative fan to ease the situation.

This is obviously not the best motel I've been to. I've paid cheaper for a cleaner room and bathroom, better room facilities. But it's decent, as long as you don't stay for long, and sleep with pijamas that cover your whole body, or better yet, bring your own bed sheet, pillow cases and blanket. I doubt that the bed sheet was washed, I spotted some hair (probably eyelash and underarm or pubic, I hope it's only leg hair though). Cable, hot water, AC works. Bed and pillows are short enough. Blanket is a no no. Towels are clean enough and smelled like bleach a little so I know it's cleaned. Location is cool. Parking is great. For tourists, this place is a little difficult to find. Bathroom is a little dirty and smelly but it's working and it's not the worst, more like water stain and stuff. I don't think this place is wheelchair accessible. I hope parking is safe. I'm writing this review on my first night here. Some say that the reception is not friendly, well she may not look friendly but she actually is, you just need to give her 100k deposit, that rule should have been put on the description. Don't worry I've stayed in motels that require deposit, they return it as long as yoj don't break anything or break their policy. You won't be charged for anything that was already there (e.g. stain on bed sheet, cigarette burn, etc). I have allergies and had to bring my own tissue from my car, no tissues in the room, or toilet paper. The room is small but enough to move around for one person. This place is okay for you to rest 1 night before continuing your trip, best if you bring your own bedsheet and blanket. Not okay for romantic getaway, you don't want to go for a romantic getaway to a motel, go to a 4 star hotel at the very least. I don't think it would be suitable for children as well. I'm okay with this place, so-so, would look for a better motel for next time but if I have to stay here again definitely I'll take my own bedsheet.

We've been staying for a long time in this budget hotel. With very reasonable price this hotel would just be the best choice especially for business travellers like us. Reachable to many business activities and entertaintment centre such as Senayan, Sudirman, Pacific Place Mall and many more. Staff are very friendly and ready to welcome or serve you..all heart. So absolutely we'll be back!

Bangka Bed and Breakfast is a pleasant surprise for first time comers. As I prefer apartment rather than hotel, Bangka Bed and Breakfast is a Bungalow Hotel where a quite big bungalow is turned into a Hotel with 3-4 rooms. Cosy and very homey, this hotel provides a decent room not spectacular, a WIFI connection and computer to be used which is a big plus for an avid Facebook-er like me. The host Pak Rico is a very friendly and helpful, willing to answer any queries. The Hotel is quite near to Kemang Area and easily accessible by a 15 minutes walk. All the convenience shop all around. The downside here is although the location is quite near to Kemang centre, the place is quite secluded and the road to HOtel is quite dark. The other thing also, the breakfast provided is too basic with just bread and a boiled egg, although drinking water is readily available. Could be improved in the future. Other than that I recommend this hotel to people travelling solo or group to stay in this hotel.

I had a great stay at POP Hotel Kemang. Mainly becasue the staff were great! they went over and above my expectations of a budget hotel. We hada few requests that we needed assistance with and the staff were very helpful with those. Far too often in Indonesian budget accom you will receive the response that 'we haven't got that' or " we can't do that' but i received excellent service of what i would expect from an hotel with more stars. One small gripe would be a 'Do not disturb sign' as there are sometimes when you DONT want to be disturbed and that was the very thing that happennd to us. IN the end it took several goes of yelling through the door before we were understood however by that time we had already been disturbed...but otherwise we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Kemang.

this is a very convenient place to stay if you want to have meetings in the south jakarta area. though the hotel is not fancy and its breakfast offering menu is limited, you will it quite relaxing. the internet connection is very reliable, which is a very important part for overseas travelers who want to have access to emails and be able to handle other online transactions. on the other hand, directions to the hotel can be confusing for some taxi drivers. i found it hard to contact the hotel by phone when i wanted the taxi driver to talk with them to get the driving directions. however, now that i know to get there i would not mind staying here again.

Hello Agoda team, My name Boy Permana. I want to complain about Agoda's services. On August 26, 2019 i placed an order for Mutiara Suites Kemang Jakarta for August 31, 2019 and i made a payment through Alfamart retail. ID reservation : 395824749 Then when i want to check-in at Mutiara Suite Kemang Jakarta on August 31, 2019. The receptionist at Mutiara Suites Kemang Jakarta informed me that my booking could not be done because it was in conflict with another party's booking. Then i got a WhatsApp text message from ZenRoom Customer service. My reservation information could not be confirmed due to a technical failure and i was given another hotel alternative. But after waiting for a long time, several other alternative hotels were given even ZenRoom Customer Service still could not provide clarity for my reservation. Because ZenRoom Customer Service only threw me away without giving a clarity of the reservation, i decided to cancel and ask for a refund. Then ZenRoom Customer Service informs me that it will help contact Agoda with my reservation. But until this moment there has been no continuation. What i want to ask, because i do the payment process through Alfamart retail not through a credit card or debit account. What about my refund process? Where my money will be returned?

White Tree Residence is close by the Lycee Francaise de Jakarta. It is mid-way between Kemang and Pondok Indah Mall, and not far from many central locations. There is an onsite cafe, as well as many street vendors, and a wonderful bakery about a 5-minute walk away (Levant). While the superior room was quite small - not much bigger than the bed, but with a desk and tiny fridge - it was extremely clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, my room's window was blocked as it opened into an air shaft ... but this was open, and had light, so actually I had light with privacy. It was just off the elevator, though, and the door is not well insulated - so, it was a bit loud. The bed was comfortable,though. Another issue was very very low water pressure - I took it as a good reason to get a cream bath (it's an Indonesian hair wash with head and shoulders massage), but it was the one thing I really wish had been a bit better. The best part about the hotel is the concierge staff. They are excellent!
