Cheap, excellent value for money, budget traveller”

We only wanted to spend two nights in Nha Trang as it is not a city that would appeal to us except for the islands. That's why we didn't care much about the hotel. We just wanted something cheap to do the 4 island trip which we contracted through the hotel and turned out good and fun. If you want to stay close to the beach this is not the place to be. We payed 10USD for two people for two nights and you get a basic room. Could have been worse for that money but was good.

the hotel is not located in the backpackers area, which is good if you don't want to pay overpriced food and drinks, there are many restaurants and coffee/breakfast places nearby. clean rooms with comfortable beds, satellite tv and wifi in a quiet street located near to beach and market, 20 walk to train station. the hotel has nice staff and I had really enjoyable stay

lovely hotel with everything you could need. only downside was it was a bit of a walk to the beach front. otherwise, easy 9/10

Hot water disappeared fast in the morning, staff didn't speak much english and were quite loud outside room. My room only had one window which opened on to an elevator shaft with all of the air conditioning units so it was pretty noisy. That said, it was pretty good value for money and the room was comfortable enough.

It's in an okay location”

The rooms are okay and quite basic. We were there over New Year so paid double the normal price, which while isn't acceptable every other hotel was doing it. The bad point: the internet didn't work at all and the hotel wasn't bothered about it. That's going to make up stay away from this hotel and choose one more centrally located.

hotel ok,management extremely rude”

the hotel was ok,clean and quiet,but,the lady owner/manager??? was extremely rude to both myself and my girlfriend and refused to refund as we decided to leave 2 days earlier than booked because of her behavior,other hotels deserve yr money!,its a shame because all the other staff were great

Good budget hotel centrally located”

Staff were very friendly very limited English but tried to help the best they could. Rooms were clean and spacious but bed was very uncomfortable. Not far from the beach and all the restaurants/bars,shops etc. they also allowed us to use the shower facilities after check out before our night bus arrived which was helpful.

Ken Hotel Nha Trang”

check in was a very confusing as the man behind the desk handed me a telephone with a lady the other side who was shouting down the phone "why you phone me", after around 15 minutes of confusion a lady pulled up on her bike and handed us the room key. room was clean and the bed quite comfortable, there was no toilet paper provided and we had to buy our own as reception wouldn't give us any! we decided to get some laundry done at 20,000 dong a kilo this seemed like a bargain, i really wish we'd not bothered, our laundry was given to reception and we were told we paid for it at checkout, we went out for the day and when we got back some of the washing was on our bed, we had 3 pairs of shorts, 5 pairs of socks and 1 white quicksilver t-shirt missing, later that evening on our way out for dinner we asked where our washing was and were told they were still wet however we only ever received 2 pairs of shorts back the room keys in this hotel have to be handed back to reception when you leave, we gave ours to the receptionist on our way out for dinner on the second evening, when we got back to the hotel our room key was still on the desk with nobody around and the front doors wide open on checkout we were told our bill was 160,000 dong for the washing, there was no way we had 8kilos of the stuff i protested but got no where. we were also charged for drinking 6 bottles of water from the fridge in the room, the fridge only held 4 which we did drink and didn't mind paying for however after protesting that like the toilet paper the water had not been refilled, we got nowhere and were told that unless we paid they would keep my passport! customer service doesn't exist here please do not fund this hotel.

Good value for money”

For $9 a night, a soft matress and breakfast included there is not much to complain, I don't understand the lay out of the bathroom but, everythinhg gets wet. English of the staff was pretty poor, but with patience and body language you'll get there... pretty tyring.

Nice hotel, clean room”

Only 5 -10 min walk from beach and other bars restaurants. Friendly staff and rooms are kept clean. Rooms come with air con, tv and ensuite.

Perfect service :)”

Basically we didn't sleep here and checked out at 10 pm Just need keeping the luggege and taking a shower :) Anyway, when we checked out, we asked the lovely girl at the front about a taxi to the airport. Since the grap taxi costs about 560,000 to 780,000. She helped us find a resonable taxi driver ( just 350,000) Thank you so much. ( I should have asked her name) thank you :)

Muy bien el hotel. Inglés básico del personal, muy amables. Está a 5minutos de la zona de mochileros, lo cual le da mucha tranquilidad a la calle. A la5minutos de la playa. Habitaciones y baño limpias. Con mini balcón. Muy recomendable

hotel des plus calme tres bien situe au centre de la vraie ville et proche de la plage personnel charmant parlant ni francais ni anglais (ou si peu) mais avec qui nous avons communique par gestes et beaucoup de sourires, et qui a tout fait pour nous aider menage impeccable fait quotidiennement beaucoup de possibilites de petit dejeuner a proximite nous reprendrions le meme hotel si nous revenions a Nha Trang

Gutes Hotel für niedriges Budget”

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Ventilator der Klimaanlage des gegenüberliegenden Zimmers direkt vor unserm Fenster angebracht war. Daher war es in der Nacht recht laut zum Glück aber ein relativ monotones Geräusch, sodass man trotzdem schlafen konnte.

das hotel war ok, die lage auch. leider hat das schlecht englisch sprechende personal unseren bus für 9 uhr zur weiterfahrt gebucht (stand dann auch so auf der bestätigung) doch es gab gar keinen bus für 9! nur fur 8 und 11 (nach dalat ) weshalb wir am morgen den bus um 8 verpassten, auf eigene kosten zum bahnhof fahren und das ticket tauschen mussten. also vorsicht mit den buszeiten! besser nochmal überprüfen. der restwar in ordnung. achja. statt des deluxe tripple zimmers bekamen wir ein standard dopel. war uns dann aber auch wurscht fur eine nacht.
