Great break , really friendly staff and owners was a fantastic trip ”
Lovely tranquil location ”
Pros: lovely spot out in the countryside that was quiet and peaceful. Able to use full kitchen to cook dinner. Nice to walk around farm on arrival. Cons: a distance from town, wifi hard to access, cleanliness could be a little better (there’s a dead frog under one of the bunk beds).
Nice place ”
Very quiet place, nicely located and they have this fantastic little restaurant with a bar, unfortunately I was so tired from traveling I never got to try it, but it looked just great. The only thing was that my duvet had some stains on it, however, I believe it was clean but just embedded in the white linen!
It was a lovely place to stay. Would go back again and again.
Nice cosy cottage stay ”
Nice cottage with a fire place, which is just right for winter visit.
Beautiful and relaxing
Lovely location, beautiful lodge and a fabulous dinner hosted by Duke's Winery - the chef Scott is fabulous and his food was a great compliment to the awesome Duke's wines. Tash and all the staff were lovely and it was a pleasure to stay for our two nights. We will be back :-)
Enjoyed our out of season stay.”
Unfortunately was out of season time with no restaurant open and no other guests but imagine would be great to stay when other people are there and weather is good. This was winter time and we were there to visit family nearby.
It was good location to the Stiring range national park. to the albury also takes only 1hour 30 minutes. I did crimb mountain in the morning then went to two people bay afternoon every day.
Fantastic setting with old world rural charm.”
This was just the sort of cabin we wanted, set well off the highway overlooking farm country to the Sterling Ranges beyond. The restaurant food was a good standard with local wines available. The decor of the cabin was old world style which suited the setting and there was plenty of space. We loved feeling we were the only ones there.
