We enjoyed the services and it was a peaceful place to stay and relax. Their amenities are amazing. When we stayed there, they even have a roof top party. Their staff really pay attention to their guests! Well done!
Room was exceptional, it was clean, roomy and packed with amenities and goodies (Free Minibar!) However, the night we stayed in was quite warm, but the central A/C was off. A call to the front desk and they brought us portable A/C, however, it was extremely loud and we ended up not using it. The roof top pool/bar was nice and sensual. We had a relaxing night and would recommend others to visit it.

We booked to stay here and were very pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a pool party with live rap the night we checked in. It was great fun! Plenty of other facilities too and cleanliness top notch. An extremely value for money spot to stay if you want luxury.
Well appointed modern hotel in a nice location. Food/drink can get pricey. Many good choices outside of hotel. Best if you rent a car. Plenty of free parking.
The good - The hotel was clean and the staff exceptionally courteous. The bad - The food in the hotel's only restaurant was bad and pricey.
I would call it a resort, more than a hotel. Beautiful layout with so much to do. We only stayed 2 nights and was able not able to enjoy the facility. I would go back to Jeju just to stay at this hotel. Everything about it was "10", 5 star hotel.
Great & New Resort, but location a bit far”
This is a newer hotel compared to big 3 resort nearby (lotte / hyatt/ shilla), & everything feels nice since everything’s new. The room is soo big you can open 5 big luggage here and still can play inside.. bathroom is also very large, with shower room & large bathtub. Facilities is outstanding : they have everything : fitness room (great one)/ spa / sauna / indoor pool / outdoor pool / 5 restaurants & bars / skyfinite pool with warm water & jacuzzi.. Staff is very nice eventhough some of them cant really speak english. But they tried their best to explain. The restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is quite delicious.. One thing that a bit dissapointing is the location is too far from main road. They need to provide a mini shuttle from the hotel lobby to the main road (hotel entrance). The airport limousine didnt drop us at the lobby, so we need to walk to the hotel lobby with heavy luggage, on heavy snow & that’s a bit dissapointing for a 5 star resort
I have no bad comments on the hotel, as everything was spotless: the facilities, room, view, and the staff. I would have given it a perfect 5 stars score on all aspects. Our 4 nights stay was wonderful. However, on our last day, my perception changed. We were planning to check out at 9am (our scheduled flight was 2.5 hours later), and we arrived at the main breakfast restaurant at around 8.15am, thinking that this will give us enough time for a quick breakfast. When we arrived at the restaurant there was already a long queue, few families were waiting. I asked how long, the receptionist (she was inundated with requests) said approximately 10 minutes; I said I will wait. 10 minutes passed, and we still did not get called; I then told her that we were actually catching a flight and just want to take something very quickly (they have a 'coffee to go' counter just towards the entrance; and I was thinking of grabbing some pastries to go); she said the restaurant is full, unless I want to be seated at the "Korean restaurant" which is located at the back of the restaurant. I said fine, it does not matter where we sit. So a gentleman ushered us to the Korean restaurant, and we passed through the breakfast section of the main restaurant. I was surprised that the main restaurant was only about 50% capacity and there were so many empty (and cleaned) tables. And no, I though some of them were reserved, but you can’t reserve a seat at the main restaurant. So the reason why they don’t allow more people in is because the lack of service personnel? So we went to the back of the restaurant, sat down at the (empty) Korean restaurant and presented with a menu (I thought we were just going to be seated at the Korean restaurant but can still take food from the breakfast buffet?) - Anyway, we realized that was not the case. We looked at the menu, asked the waiter what was the quickest one (as we were catching a flight), and ordered. He gave assurance that it will come very quickly. Sa

Good hotel, a lot facilities for kids, location near believe it or not, teddybear museum, botanical garden, you can walk from this hotel. Nice interior room and swimming pool view. The AC is not too cool, you need to bring your own toothbrush, toothbrush is not compliment, but you can buy at the hotel too. Good hotel for family time.
Excellent experience, very helpful staffs”
It was a rainny day when we arrived, the staff already got our booking doc ready when we arrived, they helped us to carry our luggage, and served a drink to us at the bar where we did our check-in, which was very comfy and thoughtful. Weather was sucks, we couldnt do much and went to far, therefore we asked hotel for dinner suggestion, and the place was quite nice, then we went to the rooftop bar for drinks, the bar tender there was so sweet. Language is always a barrier when travelling to Seoul, but the staff in Kensington was quite exceptional. Because on the next day, we asked the staff in concierge to help us to book a travel taxi, and did some search for place that we wanted to go, and I think her name is Lena, she explained in details and gave us some suggestion to save time on the road. It was a pleasant stay and i will pick kensington again when travelling to Jeju
the kids club saved us when it was raining most of the days we stayed there. heated pool is nice too, it's shallow so that it's easy to manage with kids, but smaller than it looks in photos. conceige staff very helpful.
Great modern and design hotel in south Jeju”
Wonderful stay in this relatively new hotel, much better place if you are looking for 5 stars hotel comfort than all the other hotels in south Jeju. Rooms are large and well equipped, stylish hotel interior and service very attentive. Rooftop pool parties gives some young vibe to the hotel, but surprisingly most hotel customers were couples with children (caution: children are forbidden at rooftop pool)
Great experience at Kensington Jeju”
We stay at Kensington for 3 nights with kids and elder people. It brought us wonderful experience. Rooms and beds are large and clean with great view. The breakfast is excellent with more than enough choice. It is also a kid-friendly hotel. The indoor and outdoor pool and the sauna really should not miss. I will go again and next time I will just stay most of my time in the hotel to enjoy the facilities, restaurant and the activities.

Very relaxing, enjoying a lot. Just that we had to buy toothbrush set at hotel shop since it is not provided for free. But learnt that it is a government policy of Korea. Also, GPS could not locate the hotel, so it took a while to reach, but overall one of the best stay.

A very happy and pleasant stay at Kensington. Quiet environment, away from the clouds. Clean and spacious room and comfortable beds. The warmly decorated family room made us felt so welcome !!! The clean and warm sauna facility at Level B2 is a bonus, don't miss it. The staff are polite, friendly and serve with smiles !!!
Spectacular 5-star Hotel”
It was an unforgettable memory staying at this 5-star property for us. My children enjoyed the indoor child pool. Very clean and luxurious new hotel with very friendly, attentive and helpful staffs. Great gourmet food choices and complete facilities inside the hotel premises. They even have art gallery and also rooms specially designed for kids. What more can you expect? You get the luxurious feel and excitement with every penny that you spent.
Great infinity pool but why the bear obsession”
We would have preferred to have a smaller room with a view of the pools and gardens rather than a larger view overlooking a carpark. Why the obsession with teddy bears at this resort? I don't think the rooms should all be painted dark brown to follow this theme - I would prefer a more uplifting colour. We really enjoyed the roof top infinity pool and spa. I think the Kensington could provide more information on local attractions especially those found within walking distance of the resort. For example we could see a golf driving range in front of the resort but there was no information in the rooms on how to book for golf.

Beautiful hotel and property, big rooms. Very friendly professional staff, good prompt service. NOTE: We were there Nov. 7-10. It was cool, rainy, humid. The room temp was warm/ uncomfortably stuffy. I did get a fan which made things better. BUT what 5 star hotel would expect you to control room temperature by solely opening/closing balcony doors.! And to make it worse, I didnt want to keep doors open b/c noise from the kids in the pool at night and the deep thumping of the lounge party from 8:30-10pm. No room can escape this. White noise from the fin helped. Also, FYI, if you book a room with lounge access there is no lounge, no perks. What it means is you have free access to the very young loud drinking party on the roof every night. Concierge was young & not knowledgeable of area. I asked how far away Yakcheosa temple was and she had never heard of it, a major landmark. I showed her on map she said 30 min by taxi. It was 7 minutes.
No air conditioner”
Disappointed as the room is stuffy and the ventilation is bad. I filed my complaint to the reception but was astonished to hear that the hotel is tuned off the central air conditioning system due to cold weather and further advice me to open the balcony glass door in order to refresh the room with the cold air outside. Is this a 5 star hotel management system? Saving electrical bill and let their guests having no control of the temperature in their room. Seriously this is not consider a 5 star hotel standard.
Bad place to stay at ”
Great location. However hotel room walls are paper thin. Could hear neighbours clearly. Also the doors of hotel couldn’t block any noise at all. Hotel has an in-house live band which performs at 3-5pm and 8-10pm. The live band was more like a concert which is so loud that can be heard from the room. Couldn’t even get any rest.
