A budget stay at a superb location”
Right smack in the middle of the Kenting Night Street with a convenience store on the ground floor. A minus is the karaoke/pub next door. As long as your sleeping hour is after 12am shouldn't be a big issue. If you plan to drive or ride a bike, parking might be an issue should you plan to return to the stay before 12am. The stalls blocked at the entrance of the stay. Need to park a distance away.

The location is good, near all the shops and food. However, if you are sensitive to noise, u may not like it. The room is very big and has ample of sitting space. However the reception does not always have someone around to assist, and it is not very convenient to call someone for assistance. Another point would be the breakfast. You have to go outside and collect from a shop opposite and only consist of toast and drink... quite disappointing.

I just stayed a night. I'm very satisfied with the location and facility of the hotel. It was very convenient to access to 7 eleven because it is same build :) But I cannot recommend to someone who want to stay quilt place because we would be heard music from outside around 11:00PM

need to take your luggage up to your room by stairs, not good for travelling with many heavy luggages. Also, band show just at ground floor at night till 10 or 11, not suit for those have early sleeping habit.

No lifts. if u have heavy luggages and assigned to 3rd floor room, make sure u can carry the weight of your luggage up 3 story. Bed is too soft to my liking. Aircond very noisy. The room we booked is with balcony but it's an open area, not private balcony. Chairs at the balcony is dirty. Note that this room entrance is from the balcony!!! No kettle to boil water in your room. Overall not really going to recommend others to book.

Double charged/scam alert”
The hotel emailed me before i check in to inform me that they will pre-authorize my card and will cancel the charge after i checked in and pay them in cash; which i did. More than a month has passed and the charge was not refunded to me. I tried contacting the hotel to get them to return me the extra charge but they have since went MIA. This is total scam. Please stay away.

樓下就是墾丁大街，很方便，有停車場需走一段距離。剛好房間門口就是櫃台跟樓梯，聽得到外面聲音。
