Convenient and comfortable ”
The hotel location is very convenient as it's just a short walk to the beach infront and to the night market at the back. The pictures are how they actually look like in person and was clean. The balcony is connected to the next room with just some steel barrier which was inconvenient for us because the neighbor smoked in their balcony. The bathroom is also open at the top which wasn’t a real problem during our stay, but we had to be careful not to slip because the shower area is not fully covered so the sink floor area gets wet.

The beach is just across the road , but you can't swim in this side of the beach . The view is great. behind the building is a whole stretch of shops and when nights fall. you will have many many great foods to eat. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Not very good like reviews”
Stayed two nights in a room with ocean view. very clean and simple room with anything we need in the room,and good staffs. But the wall is very thin and staffs begin to clean and working from 9AM. It's so noisy and make me awake by the big sound....please keep quiet.... Actually its hard to keep quiet since the wall is sooo thin,you can easily hear the sound of the neighbors. A family stayed next to me and their two children were so annoying screaming. In short, please memorize that its very noisy place to stay,thats it.

Very lovely & convenient location”
The owner/operator is very friendly - she does not speak any English but is good at charades so we communicated fine when needed. She was very helpful and sweet, and we would stay here again. There is no elevator so not the best place for those who are mobility impaired. Also she had two very sweet dogs but if you have a major fear of dogs, probably not the place for you. Every hotel on the side street there had dogs so I was in heaven, at least! We loved staying right on the beach, and waking up to a lovely sea view each day. It was far enough off the main road to be quiet, but close enough to walk to the night market in 3-5 minutes. And kind of at a mid-point in the night market as well, that also made it easy. She helped arrange a taxi, and could also help arrange a scooter, etc. If you take the shuttle bus here from Khaohsiung for Fangliao, take the Kenting Police Substation stop. We would recommend it and would stay here again if we visit Kenting in the future.

We stayed in room 203. We had to look down an alley way for a sea view. I'd suggest calling the property prior to arrival to get a beach facing room as I did message the property through Agoda and did not receive a response. The interior of the rooms are very nice and the location is brilliant! The proximity to the night market and a nice beach (Little Bay) makes it a great place to stay. Thanks to all at Kenting Beach House for a great stay.

Boutique hotel by the sea”
Kenting Beach House is a boutique hotel, located close to the main street, yet far enough to give guests a relaxing quiet getaway. The sea view room is great - completely unobstructed sea view from the balacony. Staff is helpful. Rooms are adequately furnished with flat screen TV, rain shower, hair-dryer etc.

1. Location is fantastic. Accommodation located right behind the main street/night market of Kenting. 2. Room was facing the ocean. But balcony a bit dirty. 3. There is no lift in the building. 4. The shower might not have hot water. 5. Water pressure decent.

Definitely stay at this hotel again. Outstanding view of the sea with sliding doors out to the deck. Room was clean, nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. Hotel has a great location near the beach and close to main street where the night market is.

excellent location, nice view and helpful staff”
the hotel is located right in front of Dawan beach and it takes 2 mins to walk to the main street that is full of shops and restaurants (which turns out to be a night market in the evening). the room size is ok with lovely coastal decoration, and it has a bacolny. the hotel next door has electric bikes and motorcycles for rent, so it's quite convenient to commute to major attractions and beaches.

Nice view and friendly staff”
The view from our room was fantastic, facing the ocean. The room is comfy with a balcony. It's located near the main street, 5min walk. However, we happen to discover a bunch of ants on the balcony before our departure and luckily right before our departure. Other than that, the stay was good.

Good BUT Please Don't let the dog enter the Reception room 不錯但勿讓飼犬外放野草堆後放任其入大廳內”
Please Don't let the dog enter the Reception room and close to others luggage to prevent the biting from bugs or spreading the disease transmitted by bugs that can carry by dogs,thanks! 懇請民宿主人勿讓飼犬外放野草堆後又放任其自由進入大廳內或靠近遊客行李，以免自民宿對面野草堆帶回跳蚤蝨子恙蟲增加旅客或人類遭叮咬或感染昆蟲傳播疾病風險.Overall ,room is small but clean and comfortable. The 2F ROOM( two person ocean view ) seems smaller than the photo shown in the webpage , the view from the window is not match the photo shown in the webpage of that room because of a the Street light lamp will intefering the view. Water is leaking behind the hand washing basin during hand washing and without wet isolation from the toilet.

The restroom is too open since we're going with a group of family members. Kind of embarrass while we're having shower and go to toilet there. The room is clean an nice enough.
