Pros: Right in the middle of Kenting on the main road with all the night market food option just outside, BUT my room was facing the back and very quiet. Clean and cosy rooms with cable TV and some western channels. Funky artwork in the room and in the corridors add cool vibe to the place . I liked that the room had a fan in additional to AC as I prefer it. There is a common fridge and water cooler. Very nice staff. Easy walk to 2 beaches. Bus stop right outside. Cons: No common space, just a small sitting area by the reception or you can sit in the family mart outside. It's a walk up, so if you are not fond of stairs choose the 2nd floor. Staff are not always around. Bed is on the softer side. I prefer a more firm one. Overall - decent comfortable private room option with a good location and quiet rooms.

老板小姐姐人很nice，对我们两个女生很照顾，帮了很多忙，还给换了大房间，房间和厕所都很干净，在垦丁大街上特别方便，下楼就是便利店，大街上就是夜市，可以在附近直接租机车去垦丁东线西线。
