It is an older hotel but cheaper alternative than in kenting national park. bed is comfortable and the breakfast has ample choice. next to mcDonald and Starbuck if you have to eat western food. the only downside is that the parking is 50m away from the hotel.

Don’t bother eating dinner here, expensive set menu dinner and there is not much else around it. Pool is good in summer rooms are spacious but you can hear people walking around in the room above.

Not great but decent”
Prices in Kenting/Hengchun resort area are what they are and this one is cheap by comparison. However, still good value for the money. Most important advice: if you arrive in Hengchun by bus, you will be about a ten minute walk to the hotel. Don't get ripped off $150 for the taxi ride. Print out a map, bring it, and ask someone for directions. The bus station (across from the police station) is not far from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Kenting Holiday. The hotel is a little walk from dinner options, but it isn't too far. The staff is very friendly and helpful... we arrived in a rainstorm and they offered us towels to dry off at the check in desk! The pool is lovely and there is lots to choose from at breakfast.

I travelled with a friend to visit the beach. We were happy with our stay at the Kenting Holiday Hotel. They weren't used to English speaking travellers, but they really tried to accommodate us. They also didn't seem used to travellers who were without cars for transport. They were very surprised that we wanted to hire the bikes for the day to ride to the beach, and also that we walked out to where the fire comes out of the earth. Both were doable distances.

Advisable. Great for kids, with a big clean pool WITH full-time watchman. Games in the basement. At my reduced week=price at 35usd per night, we had 2 decent single beds. As a veggie, hotel food is always a problem, but not in this hotel. Staff will help out. Minuses are regrettable and few, for this is a good hotel. --Parking in the basement is not always possible, and in bad weather, that s an issue. --One of the many restaurant staff was plain rude., twice over. The others were nice enough. -Could not figure out who's in charge, not even after a week, so I ended up unable to address any issue anywhere, without actually lodging a complaint. -and nothing merited such a move. Would stay there again anytime at that rate

Cost competitive hotel with comfortable room”
Very good hotel with comfortable room, especially for a family with Child; 20 min. walking from hotel to Kenting downtown, there are a lot of attractive restaurants; Free WiFi in Lobby, it would be better if Free WiFi in room;

Super value for money”
Very pleasant overall. The check in and check out were both quick and easy. Also the staff were friendly and efficient, while the availability of underground parking added to the convenience of the experience.The only downside for me, as a non-pork eating foreigner, was the breakfast, which was extremely 'local' and unappetising in nature. Overall however, this hotel represented far better value for money than I have ever seen in 20 years of staying in Kenting itself.

Big hotel for groups of turists on way to Kenting”
We arrived by bus and hotel member picked us up by car for free. Unfortunately only one staff member of the hotel could speak little bit of English so we had communication problems. Room was little bit weary but clean. It is big 10 floors high hotel with a lot of rooms so it was mostly used by holiday groups arriving with agencies by bus. Wi-Fi worked only at the lobby of hotel always occupied with a lot of people. Breakfast had a lot of choices but only of asian style (rice, noodles, cooked vegetables, meat). For Europeans there were only toasts, butter and marmalade :-( Hotel has middle sized outside pool BUT you can use it only wearing swimming cap. This is something we never experienced anywhere in the world and are not sure if this is normal for all Taiwan. It is strange to have bikini, sunbathe and wear swimming cap - maybe in inside swimming poll for active sport swimming it is OK but not for holiday by the outside pool. You will definitely need some car or scooter to travel around the area because the hotel is on main road to Kenting and all interresting places are not in walking distance.

we stayed in family room for 4 person. a bit surprise that the room is actually smaller then we saw from website but the equipment is enough to use, acceptable quality from the price itself. the only two things not quite convenient to stay at Kenting Hoilday Hotel are transportation and wi-fi; the location actually is a bit far from center specially we didnt rent a car, there is about 15mins by walk from hotel to center. besides, the wifi area is only at hotel lobby and no wifi service at room.

this hotel is a bit far from beach and kending street, it's better to drive a car or motobike. The breakfast is average, room is clean but the shower is not comfortable: temperature of the water is difficult to control. Overall it has high value given the price.

The hotel staff was very friendly from the time we arrived until we left. We don't speak any mandarin so that was a bit of a challenge, however the manager speaks very good English and he was quick to help us anyway he could. He even gave us his cell phone number to call at anytime,
