BnB was a short 5-min walk away from the Hengchun Transfer Station (946, Taiwan, Pingtung County), where we earlier took the Kenting Express 9188 outside Zuoying HSR station as we came from another part of Taiwan. Hosts were absolutely friendly and gave a quick intro to the rooms and nearby attractions. They also recommended a nearby electric scooter rental shop which we used to travel around Kenting (NT600/day). We booked a Classic Quad for my family of 3. Room was was clean, comfortable with a balcony overlooking the mountains. BnB was in a quiet residential area which made for a good night's rest daily. Overall great find and extremely value-for-money.

Perfect place to visit Kenting and south Taiwan. Martin is so nice and helpful Rent a scooter from here and have fun. Hengchun is a very nice town, many place to eat. Night market on sundays is very interesting. Few tourists in Hengchung compared to Kenting. The forest parc in Kenting is amazing.

Quiet and Peaceful ”
Very good location, 5 minutes walk from the main street where you can find many groceries, shops and eateries. About 15 minutes walk from the Old Town. Owner is a young couples, very nice and helpful. Able to give good advice on sightseeing and good local food (Actually, we are not first-time visitors abd quite familiar with the areas). We stayed on weekdays and we were the only occupants. The owner's couples are living somewhere else and you can call them if you need any help/service. Very private. Perhaps, we were the only occupant. the owner gave us breakfast vouchers of a nearby breakfast eatery. We are sure we will stay in Slow Life B&B again and will recommend to our friends.

Exceptional”
The owner, Martin was a very kind and warm owner. We arrived the place 3 hours late due to some transportation delay yet he still waited for us patiently and made sure we had everything we needed. We came to Kenting with tons of places in mind to visit yet was bounded by transportation limitation (my friend and I did not have motorcycle and car license), Martin sorted it out and recommended us to join a carpool trip to various famous spots, the next day. The trip was a really good deal in terms of price and route. Also, he replied messages almost instantly to answer our questions. Besides, he also welcomed us to store our baggage and came back for a shower after a short beach session at Nan Wan even when we have completed the checkout procedure earlier. This place is certainly worthy of a second visit!

Nice accommodation in the town and very convenient to move around. Like rent a motorbike or take the cycles free of charge. Hotel owner Martin is always there and willing to help and recommend all the best part of old town Hengchun. I did one day trip in Kenting and half day snorkeling trip @ Houbihu. A homely and relaxing stay at Slow Life”
The homestay is located along a whole stretch together with other homestays as well. After locating it after the first time, it is quite easy to find the way in and it is just across from a Chinese temple, which helps me feel safe when walking in at night. Martin, the owner is very helpful to point out all the wonderful food and attractions near to the homestay. He was approachable when you need to communicate with him about booking and itinerary. His place is so comfortable that you will have a lot of difficulty stepping out as you really just want to stay in and relax on the comfortable bed with the wide availability of TV channels. Shower facilities were wonderful, wifi is strong, there's nothing that I'm not satisfied with. Just to note that the minsu will provide breakfast voucher that you need to work a bit for as the breakfast location is a few mins walk from the minsu at a cafe called 6 Plates Brunch. The food served at the cafe is absolutely delicious and worth walking to!

We like the peaceful location. This family runs hotel is clean and give u a home feel. The owners are friendly and helpful. They give us information of kenting travel. We had a relax holiday and love this hotel!

Very nice host who shared with us very useful transport info and recommended food around. Very clean and nice place to stay. If u have heavy luggage, please make a request for lower floor otherwise be prepared for staircase exercise =p Very value for money and comfortable stay. Enjoy much staying here”
The house was located at the town of heng chun. Few minutes walk to heng chun old street and few famous spots. Martin was awesome. He suggested us many nice attractions and also helped us to arrange one day tour. My luggage was 20kg and he helped me to carry up to 4th floor. Definitely will come back for this !

ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT ON BREAKFAST VOUCHER ”
We are given TWD50 each for breakfast at the specific restaurant. Food, staff, drinks & etc at this restaurant are perfect but the TWD50 each is too little. I ordered one burger and soya drink cost me TWD75 and my husband ordered one toast complete with salad set and soya drink cost TWD115 and we ended up have to top up TWD90......
