The room is mainly for people who only intend to sleep, nothing else... No sofa in the living room...😏 There is television but no channel are available, all buzzy...no antenna, no tv box.. Our room supposed to include free internet/wifi, but upon check in we received message that no wifi will be provided in the room, even though they have the wifi box that is blinking all the time in one of the room😑 Some room pictures in the room booking platroom was actually generic photos and not the real room pictures.

Location is ok but the PIC is very unresponsive. Always not replying messages despite few times follow up, didnt pick up phone when call. They have lock smith open & went into our unit without informing us. Reason, they need to change the lock! This is so unprofessional. Apt is extremely basic, dont have cup, spoon, plates & etc as publish & picture shown when booked.

I contacted the property person in charge few days ago before check in but no response at all ..... During my check out time, I found the staff is so rude during our conversation.....I feel very dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience that I NEVER had before in other homestay.
