Bad hotel with bad director”

Bad hotel with bad director. Has pressured me to pay extra for children's food and extra taxes and fees which I have already paid via Agoda. No buffy for two days in a row and same breakfast always. The staff follows and keeps an eye on how much you eat. Water is not free and costs 4x compared to shops. When you show them what you have paid in agoda, it says Agoda is a bad platform. they lie everything is clearly what one has paid for. From my experiences I would recommend you to find another place to stay if one wants a stress free stay

Poor hotel.. was probably good 20years ago”

Rooms are comfortable , no balconies , bathrooms need updating, beds not comfortable , breakfast? What breakfast .. it’s ok if you like salad and rice and steamed vegetables for breakfast .. it was so poor we took breakfast at a coffee shop and that says it all really!!!

Beautifully located by the dessert and with Nice staff, undortunately thet closed the pool already at six so we didn’t get too use it since we only stayed for one night.

Four floors with no elevators.No hot water in the shower and room fones don't work.Had to wait for plates and cups for breakfast.

Located 5 minutes away from CTM bus terminal”

Stayed here for four nights. There are a few better hotels but they were fully booked like 10 days in advance. So we ended up here, which was not bad. The rooms were quite ok, but I realized that the ones facing the entrance yard were better than those facing the valley. We in fact changed room, for a reason; that's why I could say so. In fact, internet access is mainly possible at the lobby, but we could also access from our later room. If you just arrived by CTM bus, the hotel should be just a walking distance away - study Google map before arriving. The night market and primary eating places are all within walking distance. Basically we didn't need a taxi here, except to go to the airport after we checked out from the hotel. Even the popular kasbah in the town is within walking distance.

It is well located, the accommodations are good for the price of the room. The breakfast is a feast and the swimming pool is a big plus

The stay was good, the hotel staff help yes to organize our trips around the area. It was always a pleasure to finish the day near to the swimming pool.

Nicely decorated, but they need some updates”

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very helpful, we asked for a late check-out and they did it without a problem and with no extra charge. The pool area was pleasant. The breakfast was nothing special, but the thing that really bugged me was the old things in the room. My pillow was so worn, and lumpy it left me with headaches each morning. They should update their things a little more often. Other than that it was quite a nice hotel.

Good hotel with friendly staff”

stayed in the kenzi azghor for a few days in may 2012, enjoyed the facilities (incl. free wifi) and its central location in ozz. staff was very friendly and helpful. food was good, maybe the breakfast buffet could see some more variation from day to day. the room was good, with enough space and everything like advertised in agoda. don't expect a five star hotel to european standards, but it's still a good hotel.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel ”

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel et le nouveau directeur ont été à notre écoute. Je dirai que le seul bémol c’est l’état des chambres qui demandent toute à être rénovés (baignoire cassé, literie et meuble ancien, Clim qui lache des poussières bizarre…). La rénovation des chambres a déjà commencé, j’espère que quand je reviendrai je trouverai un hôtel digne de ces 4 étoiles.

Un calvaire. Nous sommes arrivés un soir, l hotel semblait complètement a l'abandon la moquette était très sale et sentait une odeur de transpiration des pieds. Les sanitaires étaient sales. Nous avons été mangé au resto et depuis turista vomissement et diarrhe les couverts et les nappes ne sont pas nettoyé.hotel A éviter

Helaas werkte onze airco niet goed en de wc spoelde ook niet goed door. Kamer was goed schoon en de douche ook. Ik vond de receptioniste niet vriendelijke. Deze groette ons met zonnebril op en dat vond ik niet netjes. De rest van de medewerkers vond ik wel zeer behulpzaam.

大きなホテルなので、サービスや各施設は日本のホテルと変わらないので安心。 ドライヤーもフロントに言えば貸してくれたし、朝ごはんはプール前の開放感あるレストランで食べられるし、ホテルに居るとモロッコに旅行に来たということを忘れてしまいそうになるくらい。ただ、ビックリしたことは、バスタブ付きだったので湯船に浸かり、その後シャワーを浴びると・・・排水がうまくいかなかったのか、危うく部屋まで水浸しになりそうになり、洗面所は湖になってしまった・・・掃除の方がかなりテキパキ対応してくれたので、助かりました。

불친절한 직원들과 청결하지 않은 시설들 맛없은 음식들 최악의 경험 방안에 있는데 3번이나 그냥 문열고 들어옴 체크아웃도 안했는데 왜자꾸 들어오는지 조식먹으러 갔는데 테이블셋팅 하나도 안되있고 수많은 빵가루들이 널부러져있고 석식먹고있는데 식사중인 테이블위로 직원들의 손이 오고가고 다른테이블 셋팅준비를 내 식사중인 테이블위에서 진행하며 병뚜껑을 따고 계산서를 올려놓고 이런 불쾌한경험은 처음이었다 음식도 맛없다 120디르함에 으깬감자만 먹고옴 재료들도 신선하지 않아 뼈가 검정색이며 냄새가 많이난다
