Great service for business people”

My favorite luxury stay in middle of Jakarta. Not only that it has access to shopping mall. It has also butler service. I can save so much time as there is 24/7 butler on duty to help you get through the day from unpacking your suitcase, get your suits ready and also make sure you get a nice bucket of ice for your drink. a lushful plus luxury experience under one roof. Plus an indoor swimming pool that helps to relieve your mood. definitely a future choice for stay

The water into the bath tub could not get hot even though we turned it all the way up. Corners of the bathroom were showing signs of aging - staining, yellowing. Also, the keraton is known for offering late check outs to members and despite sharing that they could extend my check out to a little later, i was only given an extension till 1pm as they had given me a room that was due to be repaired. A little miffed that despite knowing I was going to check out late from the very first day I checked in, they had given me a room that was due for maintenance. Will probably not return to the keraton - a pity because it was one of my fave hotels in jkt. 3 years ago, I would have recommended the property in a heartbeat (and have done so too), but not now. They aren't bad but they are not that great given the amount you are paying for the room.

Beautiful room”

I stayed at this hotel for my wedding anniversary with my husband and 2 months old son. The room was spacious, minimalist design with beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent. They have access to Plaza Indonesia which is one of the best shopping mall in the city and also to The Plaza office building where we had dinner at Altitude restaurant.

If you are looking for a relaxing stay then Keraton can deliver it. Everything was excellent. The room is big, the location is very convenient, the service was good and they even served you cake for the World Cup Final for the room and it's for free. The personal trainer Pak Yussof was super friendly in helping you to do your exercise and stretching in the gym.

No other words can say other than EXCELLENT !!! The location is perfect - connecting door to shopping centre plaza indonesia and walkin distance to grand indonesia The staffs is very proffesional and helpful ( with their 24hrs butller service really feels like home) The room is very spacious and have large bed so for you family with 2 childrens or friends of 4ppl you no need to book another room cause the space is more than enough for you Can not comment about the bfast cause i didnt have chance to have it due to my early morning flight But definetely will stay in this hotel again for another occasion or holiday

Best and great hotel in Jakarta”

Located nicely right in the heart of Jakarta and connected to Plaza Indonesia shopping mall and just a walking distance to Grand Indonesia shopping mall. They really go out of their way to prepare the room and make our stay as comfortable as possible. I received an email from the hotel 1 day before my arrival that let me answering some questions about my preference (room temperature set, choice of foam or feather pillows, favorite drink preference for welcome drinks, favorite in-room music preference, choice of communication method with the Butler throughout our stay via Whatsapp/Line/WeChat/Email/Phone, and some other questions). I chose whatsapp method to communicate with the Butler which made everything so efficient and easy during my stay. As I checked in and entered my room, it has already been set to the room temperature I wanted, my favorite music was playing from the in-room speakers, plenty bottles of mineral water were provided as I requested. This is so very thoughtful of them! All the staffs are very helpful, responsive, and friendly. I super love the very spacious room with modern interior. They provide a 24-hour Butler service, BOSE speakers that can be connected to your ipod or iphone to play your own music, 2 TV and DVD player, complimentary pressing for 2 items of clothes per day, complimentary wifi connection. Mattress and pillows were very nice and comfortable and gave me a good sleep. There was an incident when the housekeeping staff took out a plastic bag from the table by mistake which contained of food for my dinner while I was away from the room. This happened because of the miscommunication between the Butler and the housekeeping staff. As I came back to my room at nearly 10 PM, I found out that the plastic bag was gone from the table and I couldn't have my dinner. But again, they went out of their way to apologize to me and I got compensated with a room service dinner with food and drinks for 2 persons which was very nice and I apprecia

Hotel & Location is great, one of the best interiors & rooms in Jakarta high end hotels. But the staff & operational issue are very serious, everything is terrible too much problem to type one by one..

Weekend Getaway”

Positive: - Excellent staff and services - Excellent design of the room, great view of the city, great cleanliness, awesome amenities - Obviously awesome location since it's in Plaza Indonesia, in the middle of Jakarta Negative: - The indoor pool was extremely cold... It's like entering a pool during winter time without heater. - While the bathtub in the bathroom is awesome, why isn't there any bath bubbles provided? at least provide a small bottle for those who wishes to do some warm bubble bath. - While the service is awesome, there were 2 incidents that kind of threw me off abit in a weird way. The first one was when you guys check whether we need additional mineral waters or not in the evening, and the second one was when you guys check the minibar during the morning of the departure day. I think it's better if you guys call the room first rather than randomly show up at the door because you guys could interrupt the guests when they're in the middle of activities. Overall awesome hotel though. Would definitely come back for another weekend getaway.

This is by far the best luxury hotel in Jakarta, where most of 5-star hotels would usually just qualify for 4 or 3-stars elsewhere. If you stay at Keraton over the weekend, try their brunch - unbeatable!

Luxury to the max”

Fantastic! Even better than i expected! Recommended and will definitely stay here on my next visit. The room has a minimalist design , very modern and very lux, swept me and hubby away to make us feel like it was our honeymoon again. And connected to plaza indonesia next door, good food and good shopping.

The Keraton is one of the "newer" hotels on the block, and conveniently located next to a shopping mall (with internal access to the mall). The lobby is exquisitely decorated. I got a room on the 9th floor. The room is spacious with king size bed, desk, sofa, automated blinds, Bose sound system and personalised stationery. The only downside is the flooring - the choice of laminate and shoddy workmanship unfortunately makes the floor creep when you walk and you can literally feel the space between the concrete and the laminate. Room is otherwise clean and standard amenities are provided. I never made it to breakfast during my 3-day stay but the room service was good. Delivery is on time, and the food is better than expected. Room service prices on average between Rp250,000 - 400, 000 inclusive of taxes and standard beverages for dinner. Check-in, check-out was reasonable but there was no porter around to help with the luggage. When I checked-in, there was just 2 staff at the lobby with 4 guests needing assistance. I didn't sleep well throughout my stay due to construction noise at 11 pm at night! A check-in tip would be to ensure the room you get does not face the construction site.

I fall in love with this hotel. The best hotel in Jakarta in my own opinion. The staffs are willing to do anything to help you. The only problem that i have with this hotel is the shower panel is kinda complicated and the water is too hot. But beside that, everything is just amazing.

Overall it's a very great hotel, offering the luxury and lavish lifestyle. It connecting with Plaza Indonesia, another lavish mall in Jakarta. Great Breakfast, Clean and comfortable room, everything was satisfying. If there is something that I less likey, its only the swimming pool, which very small.

Overall, it was a perfect stay. Not only the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable and large. There is a shower and a bathtub which was great for us to soak after a tiring day out shopping. This centrally located hotel is so convenient for us to just walk over to many shopping centres e.g. The Plaza, Grand Indonesia etc... Many international brands are found here. The buffet breakfast was also great with their sumptuous spread...they served Japanese, Indonesian (local) and Western.

Perfect with Luxury settings”

Basically, everything was perfect. The room was clean, large and comfortable with huge bathroom. The bathroom was so spacious and has separate toilet area and bath area. The toilet bowl was great with high tech mechanism install and also the toilet seat was always warm which was really great for use in the middle of the night or early morning. We had the chance to have buffet breakfast during our stay and the selection was amazing. Also, we would like to mention that the tea lounge was a great place to sit around and laze and relax.

it was really great, keraton has a great location and staff are very helpful and friendly. the only thing that i think need improvement is the internet connection. it was quite slow, other than that everything was great.

It would seem the hotel has achieved all it set out to do in terms of being "the contemporary grand hotel"....service,scale,design are all at this level. Personally,I feel that a certain amount of intimacy has been lost in the process...As a business traveller who is constantly away from an intimate home environment,it is always a joy to find hotels that manage to Intelligently craft a serene balance between the 'courtly' and the 'comfy'... Unfortunately for me,the balance was not in evidence here.
