Nice location. The boss is pretty pushy and the staffs will wait outside until you leave which makes you uncomfortable. Inflexible boss which ruined the otherwise ok experience. I have stayed many many different hotels in Thailand, this was the worst experience with a boss. Toilet has a strong pungent smell.

Photos are glossier though pool is great. Just needs an update and a deep clean with attention to detail. Not the prettiest part of town (again the photos show the best angle) but a five minute tuk tuk each way. The sofa bed is not sleep worthy, the beds are hard (not firm), the bathrooms need a clean with attention to detail. No soap for hands, area to wash clothes has insects and mosquitoes (garbage area in same location and waste water from laundry might be part of the problem) and there were insects in the place on check in (prob just due to location). The place grew on us a bit over time and it depends on your budget but I would pick something else. Krabi is a lovely place and shout out to Blue Spa which is a one minute walk from the villa and is really great.

Excellent Villa with private pool, barbecue facilities and commendable size for a group of 7 adults. Shops, amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Had a wonderful time overall and great hospitality from the owner and his group of villa care takers.

KG Private Pool Villa KG”
The villa is quite far from airport and the beach. Whatever you go, will need to indent transport. The staff are helpful, will help to arrange transportation for if we are going out. The place is clean but a lot of mosquitoes as we encountered their raining season thru-out the 4 days 3 nights.

Homey villa! ”
The villa was comfortably large for a group of 4 people (although would have fit up to 5). It has 2 toilets, 1 per bedroom so no common bathroom issue. However, the bathroom drain had a smell at times though not always. Additionally, the front gate was insanely impossible to unlock from the inside at times and we would have to resort to climbing over the gate and unlocking it from the outside, after 10 mins of trying to unlock the gate. The front porch where the pool is has quite many mosquitoes so if you're planning on chilling by the pool, best to buy mosquito coils from the nearby Lotus. The aircon and housekeeping were good, check-in was seamless and service impeccable. You would have a Whatsapp number that you can contact for help. Safe was not working so that was a downside. Cleanliness of the villa wise - it's like a home that has been used for some time already. Floor's abit dusty and sticky so we wore the bedroom slippers around the unit. Location is pretty obsecure and cannot be found on the Grab map. Even certain tuktuk drivers/taxis struggled to find out villa. Do contact the villa to find out if it is the Soi 5 or Soi 9 one you're going to beforehand. Not sure if the Agoda given address really exists on Google Maps. Near 7-11 though so that's great. Also near many authentic food places although a tad far from the happening things in town (eg Ao Nang Beach stretch). All in all, you get what you pay for and the place is quite nice. All the downsides can be worked around, just a little inconvenient.
