Acceptable”

Khách sạn đăng hình hồ bơi nhưng đến nơi hồ bơi khô queo nước. Nước suối để trong phòng 4 chai và không có hướng dẫn nên làm mình confused và dùng không đúng loại miễn phí nên bị charge tiền 1 chai nước suối trong khi chai miễn phí không dùng. Trang thiết bị cũ kỹ và có mùi ẩm mốc. Ti vi thì cứ hiện phần hướng dẫn sử dụng và không tắt được. Tên khách sạn là Phong Lan resort nhưng lại để tên khác trên agoda nên rất confused. Ăn sáng thì gọi món chứ không phải ăn buffet. Tóm lại, không xứng đáng với giá tiền bỏ ra và không đúng đẳng cấp của 1 resort. Chỉ tương đương khách sạn 1 sao., trừ diện tích sân rộng rãi thoáng mát.
