Mình chẳng hiểu cách làm việc của KS này, Mình đã đặt qua Agoda, và cẩn thận DT trước cho khách sạn, bạn tiếp tân nói trước ngày mình lên sẽ alo lại thông báo còn phòng hay không, cuối cùng là bạn kg gọi. Mình đã đặt và bạn để mình đợi xác nhận chỉ trước 2 ngày thì sao mình còn đặt chỗ khác được nữa. Mình hiểu chiêu trò KS này: Nếu gần đến ngày mình đặt (lễ Giỗ Tổ Hùng Vương) mà nếu KS còn trống thì mới xác nhận cho mình, còn mà cho thuê ngoài giá cao hơn thì cũng kg DT cho khách. Như vậy thì đặt phòng trước như trường hợp của mình có ý nghĩa gì nữa????
