Too noisy”
You can hear noises in the room From the water pump and elevators We actually switched rooms and it didn’t help Location is very good, breakfast was very limited with not many choices overall just ok breakfast The staff are very nice and the room was new and clean but they have some issues with noise so it’s difficult too actually sleep

This has been one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed! The room was wonderful, with so many in-room amenities. The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We can only compare it to staying at a deluxe resort at Disney World in Florida, USA--and all at a fraction of the cost. 100% recommend!

Very new and clean and very abandoned ”
We found the rooms very new with amazing views. We struggled during our stay because most of the staff could communicate in English. They also had their restaurant and breakfast buffet closed during our entire stay and it is quite far from any good restaurants. Still we would stay there again.

Clean room, comfortable pillow”
Clean and comfortable room. I especially like the pillow. Staff at reception are friendly and can speak English. The only drawback is the WiFi signal was weak and there was intermittent disruption to cable TV signal too.

Stayed 1 night here. It’s new, fresh and modern. Great value for money. The restaurant wasn’t open when I stayed which was a bit of a pain but of course you’re never short on food options in Viet Nam.

The Hotel is very well maintained and it's a luxury hotel. Value for money. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful. They ahd buffet for breakfast which was quite commendable. I enjoyed it, hospitality of the staff was exceptional. They followed my instruction and prepared the omlette the way Indians eat. Thanks for giving me such a lovely experience.

Best Hotel so far!”
Been travelling for 5 weeks now and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in during our time in SE Asia. Staff are super lovely, really helpful in sorting out our trip to the caves and all round great service. Fitness suit and pool are small but more than enough for what is required. We only stayed for 2 nights as we had more of our trip booked but I honestly wish we could have stayed longer and booked the longer adventure into Paradise Cave.

Decent place”
The rooms are very nice and clean. It was also nice that you can have a late check out (until 18:00) for an additional 50% of the room rate. On the negative side, the fitness center only has two treadmills, a bike and bench press. The A/C was broken in the gym while we were here so it was not usable either way. The hotel staff also have fairly poor English skills, but Google Translate helped.

Die Zimmer sind schön und die Betten komfortabel. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel sind sehr teuer und für Vegetarier*innen sehr eingeschränkt. Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffets entsprach nicht unseren Wünschen. Das personal spricht eingeschränkt englisch.

街の中心地と駅の間くらいに立地するので、繁華街も駅も徒歩圏内。 お湯は多分50リットルかな？ 熱いシャワーは5-10分くらいしか使えないのは残念。 客が少ないときが多く、その時の朝食は品数がかなり少ない。 すごくいいホテルですが、次回は川沿いの繁華街に泊まりたい。
