This is about the only review I have ever made, which says how strongly I feel about this place. First, make no mistake: this is not the first 'one star' hotel in which I have stayed. It won't be the last, either; I am quite a fan of staying at cheap hotels. I have fond memories of the one star hotel room I occupied for three weeks in Thailand. So I knew what to expect before arriving to the Khai Nguyen Hotel. Still, one expects a minimum effort: the room cleaned every so often, fresh linens and towels here or there, and at least a smile when I pass by reception. This hotel failed in those three respects for the three weeks I was there: not once was my room cleaned; not once were my linens or towels replaced; not once was I welcomed warmly. Now you may ask, did I ever say anything to reception about these three issues? No, of course not. *Because I shouldn't have to*, not for about what I am complaining. The room should be cleaned, linens should be changed, and customers ought to be warmly greeted as a minimum. Anything less, I'd be charged simply for sleeping on the front sidewalk of the hotel.

Not worth it even for a night”
We booked 2 nights in advance and paid on agoda. After arriving and seeing the room, we instantly regretted. We had cockroaches in the room, spiderwebs everywhere, shower flooding and dirty, even trash in the bathroom. It was a very poor choice to make and it's definitely not worth the money.

老朽化した宿だがアジアらしい雰囲気を満喫したい人には安くていいと思います。潔癖症の人には不向きです。安い部屋は窓なしなのが難点。キレイなだけで個性のない宿より独特の雰囲気を味わいたいマニアックな人向きだと思います。個人的には嫌いではないです。

一人でスーペリア303室に２泊しましたが、何とか寝れるぐらいですねそれ以上は、望まないでください、使える設備はテレビトイレ水圧の無いシャワーエアコンです、基本的に清潔では無いのでそれなりです。

청결상태는 보이는 부분은 잘 관리하지만 숨은 먼지까지는 무리고 오래된 느낌은 있다. 가격에 걸맞다. 호텔 주인이 친절하게 다가왔고 나중에는 직원들과도 잘 소통하여 즐거운 곳이 되어 다음에 다시 가겠다

Không đúng với Agoda mô tả”
Chất lượng phòng nghỉ tồi tàn, chăn đệm chắc dùng 10 năm chưa thay, không có cả giấy vệ sinh, xin không cho. Nhân viên phục vụ kém: không có thang máy, nhân viên không mang hành lý giúp khách (phụ nữ) lên tầng cao nhất 9 (tầng 4), cầu thang nhỏ khó đi lại. Khách báo trước cho khách sạn là có thể check out muộn khoảng 5-10 phút và thực tế 12.05 khách check out, nhân viên bảo ông chủ khách sạn bắt thu thêm 20.000 đồng.

Gia đình tôi rất thất vọng với khách sạn nầy, nhân viên ở đây rất lạnh lùng, kh ông giúp đỡ khách hàng, hành lý thì nặng đến ngày về buổi sáng sớm gởi đỡ ở quầy lễ tân cho tiện nhưng bị từ chối thẳng”
Gia đình tôi đi du lịch rất nhiều lần, nhưng đây lần đầu đặt phòng qua agoda, nên tin tưởng nhiều. Khi đến khách sạn tôi rất thất vọng, nhân viên ở đây rất lạnh lùng không có tình cảm không có nụ cười , hành lý thì nặng tự khách hàng mang vác, vác cả lên lầu 3. Đến ngày về gởi đỡ hành lý tại quầy lễ tân để sáng 5 giờ 30 đỡ phải mang vác xuống, nhưng bị từ chối thẳng thừng còn khó chịu ra mặt. Nhờ agoda lần sau có giới thiệu thì điều tra khách sạn kỹ vào.
